The weather stripping on my garage door was about 5" to short and I was concerned about snakes / bugs getting in. Jeremy fixed the weather stripping and did an overall maintenance of the entire garage door/ rails. He wasn't in a hurry and took the time to discuss the corrosion he was seeing on the rails of the garage door. I have a salt water system in my home and keep large quantities on hand in the garage. Jeremy suggested I store the salt in a large storage container. I not only got my garage door problems solved........I got some good advice too! Great job and great experience!

We had called 5 minutes after closing but they took the call anyway - and worked us in the very next morning! Couldn't be happier with this company!

It went fine except that the rubber part at the bottom of the garage seemed too long. I asked why and I was told the floor was uneven and a 5 inch flap would be needed instead of a 3 in to cover the gap but when I got home it didn't look right so I had to call and ask for it to be replaced with a 3 in which was done and it looks fine now and more importantly, there is no gap.

After calling Bullfrog's they came by the same day to give me an estimate. Because we needed to enclose a carport he gave me a couple of carpenter contractor recomendations that he had worked with before. He had to special order a door that matched our exsiting door VERY WELL. I met with the carpenter and while the door was ordered the carpenter built out the wall. (not a lot of wall but the opening had to be closed in to the exact size for the door with all of the appropriate bracing for the door and opener. They did some minor electrical work, stuccoed the new surfaces and painted it. The stucco matched exsisting very well. When the door came in it was installed in less than a day and works very quietly. about $1300 was for the door and opener and about $1000 was for the build out The whole process took about 3.5 weeks and I was very pleased with the final product.

I was quoted anything from $350-$850 for other providers. I did some research and found Bullfrog’s on Angie's List. I was thrilled with their work. Ryan was the nicest young man who came out and fixed the problem with great detail for only $133.00. They eyes the way they were positioned were not suppose to be put there. He saw the problem and repositioned them with some brackets and it works absolutely perfect. I am so pleased with their work and I am a very picky person and would hands down would recommend them.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their service but it wasn’t much though. It was good service and I was really happy with them. I called them on a Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock and they said that they couldn’t make it on that day. They said that they would come out the next day and checked with me if it was okay. So they came here on Saturday. My mum also uses the same people and that’s why eventually I went with them. They gave me a little tutorial on how to program the garage door opener and how to use the same one. There are two buttons on the garage door opener and they told me that I could program the second one to open my mum’s door. So they don’t have to add a second one for her. I thought that they went above and beyond. I called for service and I got serviced. It was fast and it was complete as well. I don’t remember what the price was but I was pretty happy with it. Their responsiveness was awesome. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they were here on Saturday morning.

Garage door wasn't closing. I called for service and they came out the same day. Adjusted the door and spring and it's working great!

Do be patient--but I felt their response time of less than 1 week was TERRIFIC DON'T be afraid to ask questions--they get answered. I am very pleased

I made an appointment to have garage door outside pad and replace two remotes. Jeremy showed up and gave different options either to fix the original door opener (approximately 12 years) for $155.00 or for an additional $145 he could replace with a brand new system with two remotes and wireless pads, inside and out. I requested the bottom rubber on the garage door be replaced. This was replaced for $26.00. Very professional, on time and would certainly recommend to anyone who needs his services.
