They came as soon as possible. And, gave me some solid advice on which opener to use. Loved getting the ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. Steve was personable and he knew what to do and did it quickly. I didn't rate quality because it is only two days since the unit was installed. I had this unit installed at a rental but hope to use them in the future for my own garage door.

Just had a garage door opener installed at my new house. Have used Bullfrog's for years for regular service at my old house and now will use at my new home. Have had them install new openers, wireless keypads and maintain a couple old doors. Always professional and provide great service and honest assessments. Whole team is awesome and I wouldn't use any other company for my garage doors!

I called Bullfrog after my garage door opener started grinding and jerking when opening and closing. I decided I was in need of a new opener, after all it was at least 14 hrs old. Jeremy arrived about two hors after I called, as expected and helped me understand that I do not need to spend money on an new opener when he can fix it. He showed me what was really wrong with the opener (a $30 part) and then went about repairing it and making much needed adjustments and maintenance. In no time at all my garage door opener was purring in a whisper and the door was quietly opening with an effortless glide. Jeremy's professionalism and expertise has easily earned my respect and loyalty. He doesn't know it, but I have calendared an appointment to call them for next year's maintenance on my garage door and opener. And I have already referred Bullfrog to a few of my friends.

I used Bullfrog several times for different door issues at our rental property from 2006 to 2010, and was always pleased with the service. I just contacted them again for a simple remote reset, and I'm confident all will go well, as before. Last month I was able to see the door that was replaced back in 2010 for the first time (as I live out of state), and I'm amazed how quiet and smooth the door operates, even after almost 4 years. Since I have not been there to meet with Jeremy, he was great about taking extra time to send photos, etc. Very helpful in suggesting the right door for our needs (and the HOA), when we couldn't be there to decide. Great communication with scheduling times with tenants, which is not always easy. Highly recommend.

The job went very well. He installed the seal and fully adjusted and lubricated the door. He also programmed my keypad as well and showed us how to use it.

I've used Bullfrog's twice. The first time to replace an existing garage door opener with a new opener, and the second time to replace a garage door and its tension spring. We have been very happy with both experiences. Jeremy (the owner and installer) was always punctual and courteous. In both cases he was patient in explaining our options. I never felt I was being "up-selled" against my interests. The work itself was performed with craftmanship at reasonable prices. I would definitely consider Bullfrog's first for any future garage door needs.

Contractor showed up right on time. Removed old manual wooden door and installed new remote controlled electric garage door. Removed all remnants of old door and in fact left the place cleaner than it was. The price was a bit higher than another estimate I got, but that one had a few not-so-good reviews.

Jeremy did the work and gave us great advice on our garage door, he also included a garage door service by adjusting and lubing the springs and door rollers. We were very impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge.

First, I want to let you know that I found Bullfrog Garage Doors in the Angie's List magazine. He had an add in the book. I called the owner, Jeremy, and he quickly made an appointment to meet with me. After looking at the damage, we determined that the cost of repair was quite close to the price of a new door. He suggested that I use an insulated door because of the valley heat to keep the garage cooler. He was very polite, professional, informative and made suggestions based on my needs and wants in a new door. He provided a written estimate and I agreed with it and we scheduled it to be done whne the door arrived and I was told it could take up to two weeks, but it came in much earlier and the installer took about 2.5 hours to completely uninstall the old door and haul it away for me, and to install the new door. He left careful instructions on painting and caulking the door after installation and I hired my painter to do that for me. I am very pleased with the customer service and attention from Jeremy and his installer. I will need to use them again in a week or so, because I ran my car into the top of it and damaged the bottom panel. Jeremy came out on 9/10/2013 to give me an estimate for damage and quickly found a matching segment to replace it and it will be installed next week. The dumb things we do! I would highly recommend Bullfrog Garage Doors for new doors and repairs.

It took awhile to figure out what was wrong so he took some time to figure out the exact problem. He was very conscientiousness.

Awesome service! Not only was the company quick to respond to my need for someone to look at my mom's garage door, the technician was polite and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and when I came out to pay him, he noticed that I was taking my mom's hearing aid charger in for repair. When I showed him the odd problem with the charger he said, "I bet I could fix that". And he did!!!! What an awesome human being. So refreshing to have someone go beyond their responsibilities to help. I recommend this company highly! Thank you.

Made a panicked phone call to Bullfrog this AM...door won't close! They provided same-day service. Jeremy replaced my sensors & also provided a complete tune-up & at my request replaced the weather stripping. This gentlemen is a true professional, his work is exceptional and my garage door has NEVER been this quiet!

Everything went very well. They were on time, got right to work, were very professional and did a fabulous job. The woman in the office was great and through emails and phone calls we got everything set up without a hitch.

Jeremy is extremely professional and provides high quality service. Heather is very punctual in arranging an appointment, getting quotes. We just recently needed a small fix to the weatherstripping,Jeremy came out and fixed it as a part of the warranty and explained how to maintain the weatherstripping. I worked with Heather in the office to select the door I wanted. She was very helpful and patient as I made my decisions. Jeremy and Dave arrived within the timeframe quoted and set about removing my old garage door. It created more of a problem than expected and Jeremy had to go to Lowe's to get wood to adjust a gap that existed in the frame of my garage. (As a sidenote, I fully expected this to show up on my bill and it did not.) They completed the installation and even threw in an exterior access panel. They left my garage cleaner than they found it. They were friendly, professional and service-oriented. I told them that if they ever went into work other than garage doors, I would hire them in a nano-second! I would highly recommend them!

Bullfrog came once to assess our needs and provide an estimate. We got one estimate for the work done and a second for an entirely new door...which we have decided to put off for the present. Bullfrog immediately scheduled a time to return, called in advance to confirm and arrived as scheduled. They were very clear in explaining how the system works, worked steadily and cleaned up after themselves. We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the work.

I thought they were outstandingly competent. They called in advance to verify that I was home and then arrived earlier than planned. They did a very good job and I recommend them.

They are on Angie's List and provide good service, are prompt and honest. I got lucky and dealt with the owner, who is a really great guy. This is a great company to work with.
