360 Painting

Description of Work: I hired 360 to paint our two-toned, two story home and the inside of our block fence. The owner, Rod, was very professional and we agreed on a quote. $3000 for the whole job, including prep, two coats of paint, patching cracks, etc. | |Unfortunately, the two man crew brought in to do the work was not up to the task. Slow and sloppy. Very poor prep work resulted in over-spray all over the patio and several windows. The job was supposed to take 3 days max and it took 7. As a bonus, one of the guys left cigarette butts all over the yard. The one reason this is a C grade and not an F is because after a couple conversations with Rod, he was out there hounding the guys daily and making sure the job was completed properly and to our satisfaction. I would not be at all surprised to learn that was that crews last job with 360. Short story... Couple of jokers for painters, Rod saves the day in the end, house looks good. Enough aggravation to use another painter next time.

Description of Work: Just couldn't agree on the additional cost. A bit too expensive, so I did not want to follow through with the deal.
