The inspection didn't seem as comprehensive as I had expected. I found things he didn't. However; I think it's probably the status quo for the type of thing.

I was referred to Jeff by another inspector (friend of a family member who is no longer certified) and he called me with an hour of hearing about him. Both my husband and I were out of town and had less than 10 days to have the home inspected per the purchasing agreement. Jeff worked with our realtor to get into the house and perform a thorough inspection the following day. He had completed the inspection, written a report and supplied pictures with detailed information the same day as well! He called to review the report and explain his findings to me...and then my husband on another day. He offered to meet us at the house when we got back in town to again review his findings. He also said he would review any repair quotes for the items listed on his report. Jeff is a very nice guy! He was professional, efficient and very easy to work with. I would definitely refer my family and friends to him, as well as work with him in the future.
