Great. I use Open Range for my monthly pest control. In my monthly reminder letter as to when our home would be sprayed, DeLane added that due to the winter weather we had this year there has been in increase in scorpion sitings. He was offering to put screens around the air vents that were on the roof for $30 per vent. We requested that he put them on our roof to keep scorpions and other critters from coming through our vents. We are relieved to have them. We also appreciate Donny, who sprays our home and DeLane the owner who keeps us informed on how to keep our home bug free and is open to any questions we may have regarding pest control.

DeLane is very professional and very focused on providing exceptional customer service. I am very comfortable knowing that I can trust everything he is telling me during his inspection and treatment.

DeLane is very through, he will check to see if there are any signs of termites while doing my monthly service. He makes sure he gets all areas of my front and back yard and the garage. He check to see if there are any sign of bugs inside my house.

Open Range Pest Control provides excellent service and is very professional. The owner, DeLane, has been in the business of bugs in the valley for many years and know his bugs. We had a problem with crickets last spring and was concerned of the intrusion of crickets on our property. We tried doing our own exterminating, but found we were losing the battle. We were concerned that having crickets would lead to a problem with scorpions, so we enlisted Open Range Pest Control's help. Not only have we not seen any crickets, we have not seen any bugs at all, both in and outside our home. Their services is guarnateed and I like not having being tied to a contract. We do have him come quarterly now and remain bug free. He is known in our local neighborhood as the Bug Guy.
