Darwin was knowledgeable and courteous.

This company is the perfect choice if you're curious about the air quality inside your home in a simple test (without all of that scientific jargan no one understands in the more extensive tests). The price was perfect when all I wanted to know was if I was breathing in mold spores or other toxins that've gone airborne after a recent water mishap involving our upstairs neighbors water heater. Darwin came out and did a thorough check in all rooms (which usually costs "per room" with the other guys), air vents, closets, etc. He was very knowledgeable and explained the readings in terms and a language I understood. He also didn't require an insurance company get involved, nor did he try convincing me I needed to spend more money for unnecessary work. Darwin came off as a truly caring person who has the best interests of his clients health at heart. I'm already spreading the word to my neighbors about him and this company and would DEFINITELY use him again if needed!

Mr. Campbell was very professional and knowledgeable about the company service and products. I was not completely satisfied about the air purifier that I purchased because the brightness of the light kept me awake at night and he exchanged for a different unit.

Darwin came right on time and was a blast to talk to. He explained everything to me and how everything worked. He got us an air purifier and tested the mold. He was extremely efficient and did a wonderful job.
