FLOORS 'N MORE

Retiled 275sf of our house in Suncity Az When we returned for the winter we had a complete failure of one wax ring on reinstalled toilet and partial leakage from the other wax ring sewage water leaked out all over the bathroom floor and adjoining hallway Called a plumber after hours. Lucky to find one Both the wax rings were improperly installed Asked that my plumbing bill get covered Was told why didn’t I call them 1st ? How was I to know what was the problem ? Besides it was after hours we had sewage water all over and a unusable toilet till the next day ? Would not cover the whole cost Was told by the owner you do not take a Chevy to a Ford dealer to fix your car REALLY after hours problem I take my car anywhere I can get it fixed Do not us Matt and floors n more for anything

They were good and fair. Moreover, Matt, the owner has a lot of experience, they've been in business for a long time. They schedule appointments, you can go to the show room. They're on time, punctual, good worker. They have fair prices. They're competitive pricing, no pressure sales. They're very experienced. I would recommend them to others.

I really expected to give a top rated review for Floors N More. We found the showroom staff to be professional, helpful and friendly. Because of our travel plans we were operating on a tight calendar which they were able to accommodate, delivering the job on time. Moreover, we have no complaints as to how the tile and carpet look. However, when we were doing the post job walk through with a staff member we noticed extensive baseboard damage in one room (done by their subcontractor hired to remove a glued down wood floor) and some minor (touch up style) baseboard and wall damage done by the tile layers. We were left with the distinct impression that Floors N More would repair this damage upon our return (indeed, we were explicitly told that we would need to identify for them the precise wall color paint). Upon our return, however, I was informed by the owner that they would not repair the damage. He provided a referral to a tradesman who, in his opinion, did good baseboard work, but stated that Floors N More would not pay for that work. And so, what had been a positive experience went south rather quickly. At any rate, I cannot recommend doing business with a contractor who is unwilling to repair damage done by his workers or subcontractors.

We were looking for tile for three bedrooms and part of the great room. Floors N More has a great selection of tile and an *outstanding* selection of wood plank tile - much more than we found in other stores, some of which are much larger. After searching every tile store in the west valley, we found exactly what we wanted at Floors N More.. The staff was very helpful and patient as we chose samples and made decisions about grout colors and they responded to all of our concerns and questions. The installation crew was friendly and worked efficiently and were very careful in our home. They did a beautiful job cutting the border tile that sets off the new tile in the great room. After the completion of the job, we had a couple of concerns (which turned out to be nothing) and they came back promptly to review them with us. A few areas needed additional grout near the baseboards and they corrected that as well. Perhaps the nicest touch was the thank you note that arrived shortly after the completion of the job thanking us for our business. It was appreciated and if we need tile in the future, we'll definitely go back.

It was an excellent experience. [Labor only was provided, not any supplies. We bought flooring and supplies elsewhere, but I should have purchased all of my flooring supplies from Floors 'n More]. The two men, Raoul and Martin, arrived at the designated time everyday for 6 days, Monday through Saturday. The men worked hard, took a short break for lunch, and they stayed here, instead of leaving. When men leave to go to a restaurant for lunch, they are gone a minimum of an hour. The men from Floors 'n More brought their own drinks. They brought their own lunch. They were extremely polite. They totally cleaned up after themselves everyday. That's another thing that usually doesn't get done, that the men clean up the mess they make--they usually leave all that mess for the homeowner to clean up. The two men helped us move furniture out of their way. We had several bids for our whole-house-tile-job. One contractor said it would take the better part of 3 weeks to complete. Floors 'n More completed the job in 6 days. I was thrilled that the men came back on Saturday to finish instead of making me wait until Monday. Then my husband and I were able to move furniture back on Sun. The grout needs to set for 24 hrs. And the men from Floors n More worked totally with us in deciding which rooms to tackle first. As I said at the beginning, it was an excellent experience.

They did an excellent job. Their product and quality of workmanship was top notch. They showed up each time when they said they would. I would give them an A+.
