+ -1 moreThe most difficult part of the job was working with the city of Goodyear to approve plans. Crosspoint was great and did an excellent job blending in the new patio to the house. It looks like it was built the same time as the house. Workmanship was very professional.
Description of Work: Removed old existing patio cover and replaced with a new 32X13 patio. Poured new footings, boxed columns and matched existing house fascia and stucco finish. Insulated ceiling and added electrical fan outlets. Installed vents, dry walled and finished patio ceiling.

Description of Work: I emailed this person asking to set up an appointment to get a cost on extending out my kitchen for a remodle. I heard from them right away ten we I said we were waiting 8 months to do this but I needed a cost I never heard back from them again. I guess they don't need the business.

+ -1 moreThe extent of the renovation included a storefront, enclosed solarium. He installed a security door, light screens in our windows and a couple electrical supply lines. I appreciate his upbeat attitude and he was in constant communication with us. If there was a challenge with a subcontractor, he stayed on top of them until the job was done. He was timely with the services and always checked back with us to make sure we were happy with the work.
Description of Work: Cliff is a general contractor and he was repsonsible for bringing together subcontractors to renovate our home.

+ -1 moreFabulous! They were timely with their estimate, returning calls and emails, scheduling the work, completing the work and following up when the work ws done. Will definitely use again and have recommended to several friends who have also been very happy w/ their work.
Description of Work: My home was built in 1941 and had original exterior doors that were rotted. Because of the age, they were not off the shelf doors and needed to be customized to fit the doorways. They did an excellent job at asking questions about the kind of doors that I wanted and giving me pros and cons of the different types. They painted and stained the doors and even installed a former piece of hardware from one of the old doors. They cleaned up after they worked and were attentive to dust that may have settled with the drilling/sanding. Very polite and courteous to boot!! Will definitely use them again on my next home project!

+ 3 moreI appreciated that they explained what had to be done. I liked the price. They were very professional, showed up on time, did the work when they said they would, and they are a top class company. The sub contractors that they had were good too. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They remodeled a room for me. They had to do the framing, drywall, added a window, painted, and stucco work. They also did some staining of new wood.

+ 0 moreFrom the initial quote to wrap up approval, they oversaw everything. They were completely responsible and professional. I got other quotes, and they came in with a very good quote in addition to being a quality service. They dealt very well with my very detailed plans for the space.
Description of Work: They did a complete kitchen remodel about a year and half ago ($40,000). This involved cabinets, countertops, back splash tiles, paint, and fixtures. This summer they redid our bathroom ($8,000). This involved new countertop, flooring, new shower and tile, toilet, new fixtures, and painting.
