May 24,2014 When I met the client at her house we went into the garage and talked through what her needs and expectations were in organizing the garage. I then started in one corner of the garage, pulling containers of all sorts out. As I pulled these items out, I put “like items” together, and then had the owner determine what she wanted to do with the items. Either: keep, give away, recycle or trash, once she had made the decisions items were put back in an organized manner according to categories. Trash was in barrels for trash day. The one area that was already organized, I discussed the needs here, since it was working for her, at her height and easy to get to, we left it as it was, no comment was made about it. At no time did the client complain or say she was unhappy with the work. She has not contacted me since then, allowing me to fix the situation.
