Good job. As Expected. Replaced 1 part for $99.

Chris came to my home and was very friendly and courteous right from the beginning. I informed that my A/C was kicking the electrical breaking off occasionally when it started. My worry was that the compressor was going but he informed me almost immediately that it was nothing to worry about and he was confident it was just a lose connection. He then went around with me to the A/C unit outside and my electrical box and tightened all the connections. Since then I have had no issues and everything has been working great. This was one of the best experiences I have had with having something serviced in my mom. To top it all off it cost me nothing because I found them on Angie's List and my problem required no extensive work.

Jeff came out long after the sun was down to help me out. he was able to troubleshoot the issue and explain everything to me. he quickly cooled the compressor down and replaced a broken electrical disconnect. when he left i was well informed, had great pricing on a new unit and felt the service i got was well worth the money i spent. a family friend had a new unit installed by Bell and the recommended them to us and we will be recommending them in the future to others.

He came out within 2 hours of the call in the evening, did not charge extra for the emergency call. He found that the air handler board was bad and temporarily bypassed it. He gave me a price on the replacement part and said he would discount the install by the amount of the service call if I chose to change the board. No pressure, very honest, great friendly person.

First of all, this company is fantastic. When we were at our worst with the air conditioning unit not working, Dan the owner responded quickly and with knowledge and respect. The company was always responsive with any questions, they were never late, always early or right on time. The person who came to fix our unit was Mike. Here is a guy who clearly loves his job. Mike was so patient with us, and performed his job like a true professional. Whenever any of my friends need help with this, I will tell them Bell Air Conditioning.

I wish I had the technician's name written on the receipt because I have a horrible memory. He was probably one of the friendliest technicians I have encountered. He was right on time, explained everything in detail, made suggestions about maintenance, etc My AC is running great & I have peace of mind! Thank you!

I received three estimates, they were not the cheapest , but close. I like working with the people, they were on time and answered all my question in terms that I could understand. Work went off as planned. Adam came out and put the air conditioner on my roof, at the time he had to go in the attic and while up there found that some of duct work was losing its wrap. He suggested that I have it replaced. After he left I went up in the attic and checked myself and found out that it did need replacing . Called owner Dan out and he looked and gave me a very good price on it. Work was done when I could not be home, when I got home I went into the attic again to check it out. Very pleased with what they had done. Adam and another young man came to do the vent work, wife says they were both pleasant to work with.

Chris arrived on time and performed the spring check up as requested. The compressor fan motor was drawing to much current and would likely fail in the summer heat. He gave a price and after thinking about it we decided to have it replaced. I called back and scheduled the work for the next day and as before he arrived on time and did an excellent and speedy job of replacing the motor.

Mike was great. I was scheduled between 11am - 2pm, he showed up around 11:30 which was a nice surprise. He was polite and clean ( no creepy vibe which is good when you're a woman home alone with a toddler). He answered all my questions and explained everything so I understood, never made me feel like anything I asked was a silly question. He talked to me about what was wrong with the units and how much it would cost before doing the work so there was no surprise on the price. Overall the service was great and I will be calling them again. I will also be recommending them to my mother.

We tried Bell Air Conditioning due the recent poor service from our past provider. What helped us choose this company was reading the reviews here on Angie's list along with the BBB and the more than reasonable fee. Dan arrived on time, was very professional along with being friendly. He was extremely thorough and gave us perky pointers along the way. He told us things that will help the life of our units. Dan also did some extra things for us without added cost. I also would like to commend his secretary who was very professional and nice. We will definitely will call this company again. Dan did not try to sell us anything, did what we asked, charged as advertised/quoted. Just an awesome experience.

Old Thermostat stopped working so i bought a new one and tried to install it myself. couldn't make it work. so found Bell Air conditioning on AngiesList and gave them a call. the scheduling process was good and they managed to set up a service for the same day. The tech they sent was very patient and helpful and explained everything i needed to know. he also made sure i had extra wiring needed to connect a smart thermostat system. the overall experience was really good. I would use them again for bigger jobs and recommend anybody to do so too.

I chose this company after calling five other companies to do the same service work. Bell Air not only had the lowest price for their service call, but they were open on a Sunday and didn't charge extra fees for weekend work! The technician, Albert was right on time and gave me a courtesy call beforehand so I knew to be at my house. There were no surprise fees for labor and the part was cheaper than another company had quoted me earlier in the year. I would highly recommend Bell Air to everyone!

Bell AC checked my unit and made recommendations. I decided to put off one recommendation but I'll use them again next year to check on the status of the unit.

Michael called and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would be doing and how long it would take. My husband is very particular and not easy to please. Michael was very knowledgeable and found an issue with our old thermostat that he was able to repair so that the new device would work as intended. He also answered all of our questions about our AC unit. We would definitely use this company again.

Went great. The tech was on time and thorough. They offered us a 5 year semi-annual maintenance plan which we decided to purchase, and they also repaired a mechanism on our unit that was causing it to vibrate. We will be using them again and I would definitely recommend them.

The a/c unit for my office building was gradually blowing out less and less cold air. After contacting several other companies, Dan at Bell A/C gave me the best price. Also, when he assessed the old unit, he gave me the option of keeping the old unit chugging along if I wanted and which of course, would have been a lot less money. The other company I called for an estimate insisted that the old unit was irreparable and I had no option but to buy their expensive unit. I opted to replace it with Bell and one year later, the unit works great. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

We were extremely satisfied with the prompt return call and the timely arrival of the repairman. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and replaced it. We were up and running in no time! The repairman was very nice and friendly! We have used Bell Air Conditioning in the past for pre-season tune-ups and for several times when our AC unit went on the "fritz." We wouldn't call anybody else! Their great service is always consistent! We highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning LLC!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Bell Air. Before I joined Angie's List, I had hired a number of AC contractors. Not being from AZ, I didn't grow up with AC, consequently I didn't know much about the inner workings. I must have used between 3-5 different AC contractors over the years. They all told me I had a small, slow freon leak. Consequently, every 16 months or so, I'd have to pay to have freon added. It was under these circumstances I reached out to Bell Air. Dan Bell came out, and without prompting found the leak and patched it. I was going through a divorce at the time, my finances were dire, and I thought I was going to have to s hort sell the house. After patching the leak, Dan provided a couple lbs of freon at no charge! Needless to say, when my AC unit finally went out last summer, I called Dan at Bell Air. If you live on the west side of town, I would unhesitatingly recommend Bell Air. I will never use another company.

I have had a maintenance contract with Bell for service before I need the heat in the winter and before I need the air conditioner for summer. I have been very pleased with the service - - I was made aware that I would most likely need a new AC unit at some time; however, they didn't pressure me and I got all the life out of my old unit I could. Chris installed the new unit. He was extremely kind and professional. He didn't try to sell me on anything more than I needed. Additionally, I am able to keep the balance on the maintenance contract as well as get two more years on it . I was able to pay half down and was informed about financing to pay off the balance same as cash for 24 months. This really helps a lot! Asha, the office person with Bell was great also, she gave me my finance options and got the best deal for me. I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning to anyone needing air conditioning or heat service. An added bonus is that I now know they also do water heater installs. Hopefully, I won't need that service for many years to come; however, when the time comes I'll go with Bell!

Our experience was wonderful. It started with our first contact with the receptionist, Asha. She was so sweet and it was like speaking with my sister. The technician, Mike, was prompt, very polite and very articulate. I was extremely pleased with their service and I really liked that Dan, the owner, respected his employees and went out of his way to reward quality work.

I'd chosen Bell Air Conditioning to do my a/c maintenance last year based on their stellar Yelp reviews. They were quick and responsive as well as friendly and inexpensive. When the upstairs air handler went on the fritz, I gave them a call. The woman who answers the phone let me know that since it was March they were running a special on maintenance for just $27 per unit and that if I had that done and needed a repair, they would waive the trip charge. Kevin came out on Monday as scheduled, but after spending about 30 minutes rooting around in the attic he said he was going to have to send two guys back to replace a broken wire in the next day or two. No extra charge. Two days later, two different guys showed up to do the work. They were polite, neat and efficient. They worked for two hours, got the work done and charged me $241 to get everything working again. I'm pleased with the service.
