I found them on Angie’s List. They’re great. We’re on a maintenance agreement with them, so it didn’t cost anything. It was included in the cost of replacing the air conditioner and furnace for 2 years. I’ve got one more left. My first impression was that they were professional and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves and they did everything they promised. They’re communication was excellent.

Extremely well. I contacted Bell via their webpage at 9:00 on a Thursday night and they had a technician at my house at 10:30 the next morning. The new motor was installed by noon. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism.

Fantastic! First time my AC system has really run well. Signed a three year maintenance contract and had my 5 year old AC capacitor replaced (common cause of AC failure) after Jeff showed us the meter readings indicating the need. Outstanding customer service.

Service technicians Jeff and Ralph were punctual, courteous, and extremely professional. The work was completed in less time than was expected. They did a fantastic job, even after running into a few issues with the old evaporative cooler. Would highly recommend the company itself to anyone, as they did not try to upsell us with products we did not need – the price was also fair. We feel we received great service at a great price – we would not hesitate to use this company again for any future needs.

I have used them and continue to use them. I initially contacted them through Angie's List, but I've continued to use them, two or three times. Their pricing is good and they seemed fair. I didn't think they were trying to sell me something I didn't need, and they weren't trying to tell me that my system was too old and I should replace it, which I've had happen with some other companies.

They have been excellent. The price was right in the ballpark. They also included the Nest thermostat and I can operate it with my cellphone. If you are at work, and it's 95 out, you can turn the air on for when you get home, right from your cellphone.

We continue to have excellent service with Bell Air Conditioning (623-748-3324). We started using them several years ago for maintenance and repair work of our heating and air conditioning system. They are a locally-owned firm and in our area at 107th and Union Hills. Last July they were able to come out within two hours for emergency service on our failed air conditioner, when the contractor assigned by our (former) home warranty company made us wait two weeks. The technician did an excellent job of explaining our options for a future replacement system and continued repair on our current system. This year we elected to replace our heating and air conditioning system and chose Bell because of our past experience with them. Bell gave us all of the system options for our home and we felt that they had a fair price. In all of their work, they came when scheduled. During the installation, the technicians did a good job to keep our home clean and worked (on a Friday) into the evening to get the installation finished for us. They also resolved an airflow issue, as they found out that part of our home had poorly installed, damaged and partially collapsed ductwork as well as some routing issues, reducing airflow to those rooms. While their price included the duct repair, it turned out to be a much bigger job than expected, and took two technicians most of a day to repair it and add dampers. We expected to pay more for this extensive work, but they insisted that once they quote a price, they stay with it. We thought that was very fair. We would recommend Bell for heating or air conditioning work, or to replace/upgrade a system. Dick & Kathy Randall

They did fine. I've used them before, as for price, the special is a lot better. They were here exactly on time.

The guy went up and looked at it. He said that it was normal wear and that it should last two or three more years. He was honest so we will use that company for regular tune ups and to replace the unit when needed.

2 lbs added and the a/c was working again in about an hour.

Honestly couldn't have gone better. The whole experience would have only taken 5 minutes but he took the time to explain what he was doing and even remembered the last time he helped me out and asked how that was holding up. I coulent be happier with the company from their people answering calls to the guys the send for repairs. This is a company I really trust (a dying breed) and will continue to use

Jeff was very prompt and courteous. He was able to figure out our issue within minutes and connected our Nest thermostat. I would definitely use this company again.

Asha was prompt to schedule service after I did a request through Angie's List. Jeff showed up as scheduled (actually he called ahead and showed up early was fantastic). Jeff did a thorough checkout of our system and told us everything was good to go - we had a concern about a buzzing noise from the ac unit but he said that was actually normal. I was so pleased with the service I ended up buying a 1 year service contract.

The guys were great! They were timely, professional and quick. They explained everything they were doing and actions we could take in the future to maintain the maintenance.

Cleaned out the AC unit. Let me know a particular part would mostly like break in the future (unit is 11 years old). I had lower bills and better cooling for the rest of the summer.

Placed a call to Bell Air at approx. 1pm advising them that our a/c was not cooling on the home we now rent. Was advised by receptionist that a technician would be arriving within 2 hrs. Tech arrived in under 2 hrs., punctuality A+. This young man had the problem diagnosed (burnt motor) and repaired in less than one half hour with a nasty storm looming overhead. No charge for the service call. This company is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, no extra charge if you call them at 2am or 5pm on a Sunday afternoon. One money. A service call is a service call. Our tech was polite, courteous, respectful of the property and us, took the time to answer each and every question we had and cleaned up after himself. Quoted a price on a new hvac system and told us that the cost of motor would be included in the price of a new system. Most companies do not offer that. Nickel and dime a guy forever...So bottom line, would I hire Bell Air Conditioning LLC again? You bet I would. Great service at a great price.

Well, Mike came over to check the 2 AC units in the attic. We new that they were bad, but, they were working and we didn't want to spend all that money for 2 new ones. When Mike was done, he said that they were working. He had taken a photo on his phone and showed us. We were horrified!!! We thought that was very smart of him. He said he would give us a price and would be no more and no less. It didn't take long to commit for 2 Tranes as it was the best price we had seen. When the guys came over to start, they all had on clean white shirts, very polite and nice young guys. They, also, cleaned up everything before they left each day. The access to the units were a place in the ceiling that had to be cut out to get the old units out. They had a dry wall guy come to redo the drywall and paint it. They gave us a 10/yr on parts and labor. They took care of the APS rebate. They just came to clean the ducts and do the fall check up with no charge. Oh! They gave us 2 NESTS. These people are the greatest in every way. I would recommend them to anyone.
