Description of Work: Annual service for two a/c units. Arrived a bit early and did a great job. Noticed two problems, 1) freon level was 1# low and 2) a capacitor was failing. The capacitor was replaced by my insurance company, but had Bell add the freon as I was concerned that the price my insurance company would charge would be much more. I later learned that my policy would have saved me $20.

Description of Work: We found this vendor on Angie's List. Asked to give an estimate to replace our a/c system. (They were one of 3 estimates that we got). Pricing was on target, warranty and period of follow up service/maintenance excellent. Customer service prompt, professional and friendly. Installation and clean up excellent. We highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning.

Description of Work: 6/18/14; $29.00. They provided an AC tune-up on our American Standard air conditioner. It turned out quite well. Scheduling was great.

Description of Work: They cleaned, serviced two AC units at my home. In addition, I requested they install a soft start unit to one of the units. They did exactly what they said the would do without trying to sell me anything else. In fact, my units are both 15 years old and I've been concerned about them. He told me they were in very good shape and I shouldn't expect any big repair bills in the future other than one capacitor on the air handler, which he said could still last me another year or two.

Description of Work: Great experience. The tech was professional and didn't try to up-sale us at all. In fact he made a couple of reccomendations to ensure our unit continues to run well. Bell will be our choice in the future.

Description of Work: I found Bell Air Conditioning via a Web coupon. I checked their service via Angie's List and the BBB both indicating that the company does good work. I had Bell come out to service two air conditioning units, using two coupons. The tech arrived on time and did a good job servicing both units. He noticed that it appeared as if the outside condensers were not washed when last serviced. He was correct. Last year another company suggested not cleaning the units as the tech believed that the dirt on the condensers were likely keeping these older units working. (After the other tech left, I researched his claim and learned that his advise was untruthful and was more about him just being lazy.) |Bell cleaned the units and we discussed an ongoing service contract. As I have a home owners warranty the tech was honest enough to say that the extended service contract was likely a bad investment. I appreciated the tech's candor and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Description of Work: Bell Air Conditioning is wonderful! I had them service air conditioners at both my house and my son's. They arrived on time, serviced my system in about 45 minutes and then went to my son's house, where we already knew we had to replace the unit cooling the upstairs. They explained all the options clearly and accommodated my son's schedule for the installation. In addition to being efficient and skilled, the employees I have encountered have been very service-oriented and extremely pleasant. Asha, the dispatcher is a treasure!
