We had an excellent experience with Associated Appliance. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable with all the appliances. Their customer service, from purchase to delivery was outstanding! Everything arrived on time with our kitchen project.

We visited the store a couple of times before we decided on what we wanted. We never felt rushed, and got great personal attention. Although we had to wait (a little over two weeks) for the unit to get in, and we would have liked to have been called when it got in, the wait was well worth it. We had to make our own arrangements with the sub for the installation, but that was easy too, and went off without a hitch.

After spending four weeks researching almost every major and independant appliance dealer in greater Phoenix, I selected Associated Appliance Sales. Al was honest, priced fairly and not pushy - three qualities very important to me. After responding to ads on Craig's List for weeks, I realized that many of the "used" appliances being re-sold by "appliance brokers" are stolen from bank-owned homes and/or sold by the agents listing the homes. Many of these appliances are sold without serial numbers and/or the wrong serial numbers wich void warranties and also prevent appliances from being serviced under home warranties. I decided to purchase new appliances (thinking I would be paying more) to ensure that I had a warranty - however, Al discounted both the range (convection) and dishwasher (top of the line) by almost 50%. I actually saved money buying NEW appliances instead of buying used. After roughly 30 hours of research and store visits, I'm fortunate to have found this store.

AL WORKED WITH US TO HELP US DECIDE ON THE BEST APPLIANCE CHOICES. WHEN OUR INSTALLATION SCHEDULE CHANGED AT THE LAST MINUTE, AL WAS ACCOMODATING. ALL APPLIANCES WERE INSTALLED EXPERTLY.
