All about roofing just finished my roof here in surprise they handled all the coordination with my solar for me as well, these guys showed up everyday on time and cleaned every day before they left like they were never here. The office called every step of the way through the whole process.

All about roofing was great from start to finish cleaned up every day like they were never here seen them doing a lot of roofs around me very top-notch company would highly recommend anyone needing a new roof!

September 18, 2024 All About Roofing LLC, Just wanted to let you know that on July 14th, there was a horrible storm that went through Tucson and left our roof damaged. Gilbert Galindo was here on our street checking out other roofs that were also damaged on our street. It was after 5 and he was right there taking care of all the neighbors that had roof damage. We gave him all the necessary information that was required to get the process started and Gilbert said not to worry, that his company would take care of the process to get the insurance company, etc. going to get our roof taken care of. Every time we had a question or wanted to know the progress, I contacted Gilbert and he answered our questions without a problem. He has been extremely courteous and pleasant every time we have contacted him. He informed us, plus the office, of when the process would begin. From getting our solar panels removed, to the roof being replaced, and then the re-installation of the solar panels. He was here checking on the progress of the roof installation on September 12th and answered more of our questions. On Friday, the 13th, the solar panel re-installation began and the first set of panels we originally had installed a few years ago, would not come on line. The second set of panels came on line right away. The lead installer said that he could not get the panels started again, so I asked him if someone else would be coming out to try to get them started. He did not know when that would happen. He said maybe the next week. Not being satisfied with that answer, I called Gilbert and told him what was going on. He said he would call the company and he told me that he told them to get a team out here sooner, rather than later. Gilbert called me back and they said a new team would be here on the 17th between 1pm and 4pm. They showed up around 10:30am and got started. Come to find out that a couple of the connections were not completed correctly. The new team got the first set of panels working right away after they found the problem. I let Gilbert know that the panels were finally working and he was extremely pleased. Gilbert is an awesome representative of your company. In my view, he goes the extra mile to get the work done and done properly. The employees getting the old roof off and getting the new roof on were excellent in doing their job as well. Please thank them again for all their hard work on a hot day. We would recommend your company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Thank you again. Terry and Michael

Very poor communication. Not promised what they said. Got a check from insurance 3 months ago & nothing is being done. Project manager does not show up.r call when he says he will come. Has caused us so much stress & frustration!!!

All about Roofing was great came out inspecting my roof. He fixed my roof from the wind storm for free devin didnâ t even charge me. I really appreciate them and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof. Very honest company!

I am a president for a Hoa here in Suncity and Devin made sure he was here every day to help coordinate with all the roofs and made sure it was seamless for us! They did 14 roofs on our condos and made sure they cleaned up daily after completing each unit. Very happy we choose them to reroof our condos our roofs look beautiful.

We just had all about roofing install our new roof I tell you I couldnâ t be happier Devin worked on all the financial details for us with our insurance company and all we had to do was confirm with the insurance company that all was well. His staff is amazing. They keep you updated Constantly with emails and messages if you choose letting you know dates coming up times and when product will be delivered And the final agreed installment date the men who came to install the roof were very courteous, and the cleanup was unbelievable, not tack, nail or piece of trash on my lawn. I tell you I could not be happier.

Seemed like lot delays getting thru the process.
