They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear.

Everything went well. Jared was on time and completed the job in a very timely manner and answered all our questions. He was a very enjoyable person and was celebrating his birthday the day he came out.

I wasn't impressed. They were very unprofessional. They quoted me a price for an additional work that was too high. They came out quickly after a week of me requesting it. We discussed different options and we decided not to go with the replacement. The guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. He talked to his boss on the phone and he had to take pictures. He talked back and forth. The boss finally came out. I just decided not to go with the osmosis anymore.

He was very knowledgeable and did a full inspection. He mentioned we needed a new water heater before doing the flush. We ended up using a company covered by our insurance.

They came out and showed me the weakness of my water heater and where it was already leaking and rusting. Made appointment to come back and replace.

Anthony showed up on time and was very knowledgeable in his work. He was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I have made them my go to company for my R/O and water softener system.

All repair guys were professional and helped me through the process of leak detection, repair and cleanup and restoration. My husband was out of state for work , so I really appreciated the help they gave. The first call out found that we had a leak under our house slab, from water heater to bathroom. Organised a clean up and restoration company to start drying area so they could come back next day and rerun piping through ceiling. Spent all day doing this and left area as tidy as can be expected. Checked in on day 3 to make sure all okay and advise that Insurance could call for info if needed. Unfortunately, by late afternoon day 4 our hot water tank had pressure problems and had to be replaced. Call 24/7 and they had repair guy out and we had a new tank in and hot showers that evening.

Overall, we were pleased with the work that 24/7 did. We ended up using them for some more extensive work (see above), and ended up spending about $2900 for various projects. I think they came and worked at least 4 different times. However, some of the repairs needed to be repaired again, sometimes more than once, and we ended up using a different plumber for those persistent problems, just wanted to get another set of eyes on these.

He was very personable but his information was completely inaccurate. He said that the equipment was fried because it was a north-facing garage door and it had completely destroyed the equipment. My son asked if he added water if it would do anything and the man said that, no, it would do nothing for it. After they left, my son added water to the softener and I called someone who is reputable in the area and had him come out the next day. The young man tested the water and said it had been working fine while the man from 24/7 had said it hadn't been working for at least six months. He also said that the machine was perfect for me even though it was less expensive than the digital soft water system that 24/7 had said that I'd needed for my ability to pick up the heavy salt and so on. It was obvious that they were trying to sell a system. I really didn't appreciate this at all, obviously. It has been working ever since my son added the water and the other fellow had come out.

I am very disappointed with the lack of service. No service occurred. The plumber arrived and asked me a few questions, inspected the RO unit and told me it was to old to service. The questions asked could have been asked at time of scheduling and the service could have been cancelled. The appointment was rescheduled three times. I took time off work on the first scheduled date and was later told that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following Friday. The following week I received another call asking if they could move the appointment to Thursday. I indicated that no, it would be difficult to cancel and reschedule a day off work with short notice. The scheduler offered Thursday evening at 5pm. I left work early to make the appointment. The plumber was on time. After a few questions he told me my RO unit was to old to service. I asked for options. He indicted a full replacement would cost $469. He also suggested cutting the unit out and installing a shut off valve. This sounded reasonable until he told me it would cost an additional $19.99. This seemed ridiculous after already paying $59.00 to have the system serviced and NO SERVICING OCCURRED. Cutting the line and installing a shutoff should have been the service. No additional fees should have been suggested. I checked after he left; the RO water line already has a shutoff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. I WILL NOT use this service provider in the future.

It took 2 and 1/ hours. The unit has a 7 year guarantee. It is non electric. They took away the old unit and added new fixtures. All I have do is get a shed cover from home depot.

Turned out they were able to do it the day I called (they had a cancellation). All went very well.

No response to phone message or email, almost 3 weeks, unable to schedule service.

Lousy!! Work that was to be performed included; clean valves, clean injectors and screen, clean backwash valve and ensure timer and programming are set properly. Did not perform any of the details listed above! Came in with no tools, says to me its an old system(7 years old) and tells me the name of the system I have(he was wrong). Turns on cycle and states the valve is purging and probably can't get parts and would be more to try and repair. Told him to take it apart and clean as that might be the issue. He says, nah, I've been doing this for 15 years and its a bad valve! Writes me an estimate and for a new $1800 system. Then asks me if there are any other plumbing issues I have in the house. Told him no, I can take care of all other issues. All this crap was, was a sales call! Will be asking Angie's List for a refund. Get these clowns off of this site!

It went well. Billy seemed very knowledgeable. He was helpful in that he discovered that my old garbage disposal was jammed and all I needed was an allen wrench to loosen it up. He wasn't going to charge me for this but because my disposal was over 5 years old, it was decided to go ahead and replace it anyway.

LONG STORY SHORT - Hired plumber and paid plumber -yes! Ridiculous upcharges-yes! NO SHOW-TWICE! Agreed upon services provided-no! Quality -no! DETAILS - Had issues with kitchen sink draining. Plumber came and said the deal I purchased does not include my particular kitchen sink thus an upcharge of $179. Then, plumber said I needed to replace a part and it will cost me an additional $120. I found the part at Home Depot for $15. I called the plumber back when I noticed that even with the new part, it was still not draining properly. The customer service started off great but then it went south fast! I spoke with Jan (customer service manager) on 12/24 around 10am and he said he will see if he can find someone and get back to me. I went to lunch at noon only to receive a call from Dan (another plumber) saying that he's at my house. I told him that I wasn't expecting him as Jan did not tell me a time but said he will call me back. I asked Dan if we could reschedule to 2pm when I'll get back home. He said he'll see me at 2pm. Then, Jan called me around 1pm to let me know that Dan will not be available at 2pm and we rescheduled between 7am-8am on Mon, 12/28. At 8:10am, no one showed up so I called Jan. Mark jumped on the called and let me know that they'll have to call me back. I said that I had class at 9:30, which I didn't make btw due to this fiasco. At this point, I was livid, two NO SHOWS and sink still not draining properly. The irony is that the name of this plumbing business is 24/7 Plumbing. I wouldn't have had a problem with paying the $179 if I actually got results! Mark called me back and said they don't have anyone available to send over this morning so I ask him for a refund so that I can find someone else to get the job done. At that point, he told me that I should find someone else and hung up on me! I called back and Jan said the earliest they can do is the next day. I told him that was unacceptable and for him to tell Mark that I would like a refund if no one is available to come out this morning. Jan said he will call me back. I told him to let Mark (the owner) know that I will be disputing the credit charge for non-delivery of services paid and will be writing this review on Angies list. Haven't heard back. ATTENTION WOMEN CUSTOMERS: You know how it feels when you walk into a car dealership and they try to rip you off because they don't think you know anything about cars. I GET THE SAME FEELING FROM THESE PEOPLE! BUYERS BEWARE!

It didn't last very long. They wanted more but I wouldn't pay them. The fellow was real polite and clean. It took him quite a while. He was a big man. He could hardly get up and down. He had gone underneath the sink and he had a hard time. They were on time. They were here when they said they would be here. The fellow that was here was really the problem. He had the experience. He knew what he was doing. But, he couldn't get underneath the sink right and he couldn't reach the stuff right. It was effective but it didn't last very long.

After installing new toilet, going out to get my mail, I found that the techs (2) left the new toilet box and the OLD TOILET out in the FRONT YARD!! A TOILET SITTING IN MY FRONT YARD! NO EXCUSE! At first I thought they did a good job. This just negates the whole process. Just totally unbelievable!

Arrived promptly and was courteous. Did job as requested with good future suggestions on keeping water softener working properly.

I was contacted to discuss repair work and schedule an appointment. The caller made no mention of the Angie's List deal that I had purchased. Upon arrival, the repairman was unable to determine if there was a leak and I had to walk him through the steps I had taken to identify a possible leak in the toilet . He called me back in a few minutes and gave me a quote for $350.00 to replace flange and some parts in the toilet tank. I (my mistake) assumed that the amount I had paid on Angie's list was applied and the $350.00 was the outstanding balance. I later found out that that wasn't the case. When I called the provider for an adjustment, they claimed that a significant discount had already been applied and sent me an invoice that showed a $780.00 total bill and a discount of $430.00 for an outstanding amount of $350.00 to match the amount they had charged me. While I haven't used plumbing services to fix a toilet, and so I don't know what a reasonable charge would be for inspections but I was surprised to see a line item to " Inspect flange for damage = $250.00". This is in addition to a 2.5hr ($280.00) charge for labor which I am OK with. I feel that the invoice was simply written up to match the charges and the claimed discount they listed in the invoice. In my opinion, it shows a lack of professionalism and transparency. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone
