It went great - they sent a man out by the name of Orlanda and he was terrific! He had great customer service, he did the best job explaining the problem and this is the first time I actually understood plumbing from how he explained it. He was very professional and warm-hearted, and he gave me a fair, good deal.

Firstly, the serviceman Orlando should get an AAA+++ for courtesy, demeanor and professionalism! Service was prompt and on time. The deal was for one hour of service and all was completed in the time frame. I supplied all parts.

Arrived on time and work was completed without any additional charges. Very happy with purchase and would use this company again.

This plumbing company is not a company of its word. They set up an appointment between 10am-Noon. At 1:05, they called saying that their plumber was still at another job. I asked Anthony how long it would be before the plumber would be at my home. He said that he did not know and that he would call in 10 minutes with the answer. Well, no one called. I called at 1:51pm canceling the appointment. This is a company that cannot be trusted. One's word in business is very important. Obviously, they do not think so!!

Orlando showed up 20 minutes early for the 11 am appointment. He was professional and competent and had no difficulty with the work. I would use him again.

I would call this company again if there was a problem Company arrived on time, He had parts needed, and removed old parts immediately. Installer was very knowledgeble and courteous, He recommended replacing wall attachments and then replaced necessary parts immediately after. I was very pleased with the professionalism I observed! Orlando was the technician and arrived promptly and was extremely professional & courteous. He walked me through the whole process and answered all questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. The company is very professional in all aspects and I would definitely recommend them.

They didn’t do some of the things that I wanted done. It seemed like he just wanted to sell me something to make it into a major job. The scheduling was good. He was at my house for no more than an hour.

They were supposed to show 3 days ago. When they werent here I called and they told me they were running 2 hours behind. However I had already scheduled my day. So we rescheduled for today 3-4p. I called to confirm at 2:30 and he said they would call to confirm. He never did , I called back at 3:30 and Mark got on the phone and said they made a mistake and blamed the new guy "Anthony" double booked. I was not a priority. Mark was rude on the phone and wouldnt answer my question as to why I had been stood up twice. I will never do service with them again and I want my money back. He argued with me and was a disgrace.

He was polite, and punctual. He did a good job, but he had to return to because there was a minor problem after he left. He returned promptly to correct the problem and did not charge any additional amount. I would use him again.

On the agreed day of service, the office and I did not have good communications. The service techs arrived 7.5 hours late at 7:30 in the evening. If I had not be desperate to get my drain unclogged, I would have said forget it at that point. After the drain was cleared, the tech announced that the drain pipe pvc configuration under the sink was not plumbed properly. And it would require further labor to finish the job properly. He capped the drain so I could use the sink, but not my disposal which I was thankful. He told me to call the office the next day to schedule another appointment to finish the job properly. The tech said he would write a note/report for the next person to finish the job as he envisioned. The next day I called the office person to make an appointment. She said that they could not get to the job for almost a week (6days) for a job finish. I was not impressed. When the day came, no one showed up to work at the appointment time. So I waited for the tech to call to say "he was sorry to be late, or the last job lasted longer, etc..." No call. So I called the office person and left a message. It was several hours later when I heard from her. But she did write an email which I did not see until that evening. Not good customer service. The office stated; "they did not know what happened, but my appointment had been lost, misplaced, " whatever.... and I had to endure another waiting period for another appointment. When the third appointment time arrived, the service techs were late, but called about the lateness. The owner of the business came this time to do the work for which I was happy about. He seemed to know nothing about a note/report that the former tech said he would write about the problem. It was suggested that I buy a new garbage disposal, but I said that mine was only a year and a half years old and did not want to buy another. It was then that they said they might have a new "neck/basket" in the truck. The neck/basket needed was installed on the disposal, and the pvc kitchen sink drain pipes were reconfigured "to work more properly". I was charged $65.00 for the "deal" and $250.00 more for the extra work. The owner said he usually charges $350.00 for a drain configuration, but because of the lost appointment, he said he would knock off $100 from my bill. I am not sure if I would call this business again.

Just as described, great price, offered additional services but no high pressure selling. Would reccomend.

My sewer line is on top of my roof so they wanted $185.00 to perform the service due to them having to climb on top of the roof. I refused to let them perform the service due to the extra cost.

The perform the service outside the required 90 day window which is a plus for them This deal didn't cover all the repairs so I had to pay more money to replace the carbon filter which was an additional $45. I went $75 to an additional $45 charge which wasn't stated in the original offer. I don't think I got a deal on this offer. In the future I would recommend in the terms of the deal that the coupon offer doesn't include replacement of the carbon filter. Wasn't happy with the deal. The fine print of the deal should have been more specific. This was absolutely a bait and switch.

It was very good. The price for the garbage disposal plus installation was almost the same as that of other service providers, so it was very good. They showed up right on time. I ordered a 3/4 horsepower garbage disposal and they only had a 1/3 horsepower on their truck. So they immediately went out to a plumbing supplies store and purchased a 3/4 horsepower, came back and installed it. I didn't spend more than the Big Deal price. They came out to do the work just a couple of days later after I'd bought the Big Deal.

Danny quickly diagnosed the problem and made a minor adjustment. No parts were needed, just a minor adjustment. He was gone in less than 10 minutes.
