Description of Work: Replaced a leaking ball valve and installed a pressure reducing valve. 24 7 showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the work. When we had a small hiccup in the end result, Mark was easy to work with to get the problem resolved. I was impressed with 24 7's focus on making sure that the job was done correctly and that I was pleased with the ultimate outcome. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: Serviced water softener, changed RO filter, re-set timing of water softener. Technician was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Installed new touch faucet. Took almost two months to arrange a service call. Job was subbed out to another plumber who had never installed a touch faucet. So far everything works.

Description of Work: A badly clogged drain was successfully cleared. For the most part it went well. I do wish the plumber had been a little neater in cleaning up after himself as I had to clean the goo out of the kitchen sink and pick up a mess around the clean-out. The cosmetic cover for the clean-out was broken in the process and as a result I now have a rough hole exposing the clean-out in my exterior wall. I had only just gotten my house newly painted and now I have this ugly hole in the exterior wall. Other than that, everything went well. I was grateful he showed up as quickly as he did and cleared the drain. I have had no problems since.

Description of Work: I called for the $49 water softener tune up with three free bags of salt. I really expected them to find something else and they did. I must compliment them on their honesty as they stated I could expect some of the parts to be "bad" due to the system being shut down for an extended period. They found that the parts weren't defect and were quite up-front in stating that. There was another problem which they had to get parts for and corrected that evening. No real surprised and I'll use them again if needed.

Description of Work: The service tech was punctual and friendly. The plumber repaired a cracked pipe in my water sprinkler system. While he repaired the cracked piece, I thought he would have more overall knowledge of the system. I would provably ask for someone with this specific expertise in the future. He was pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: My Angie's List Special covered 1 hour of service - it seems like the plumber was very slow - and he went to get a part he needed, which took a while and he charged for that time. I didn't feel like the service was professional and I didn't get much of a deal.

Description of Work: Found cause of banging pipe sound in wall when ever water was turned on or off from any faucet. Two other plumbing companies were unable to find this problem. Replaced faulty hot and cold water valve in the tub/shower wall.

Description of Work: The deal I purchased was $39 for one hour of plumbing labor, Initially my garbage disposer was leaking. Within a few days, it stopped working altogether. I felt the best use of the technician's time would be to install a new one, and he was happy to do that. Danny arrived promptly and went right to work. He completed the job in a professional manner.
