Description of Work: This deal was not a success. I purchased the deal on 2/23 and needed the service to be done that week. Not only did no one from the company contact me after the purchase, I had to leave three messages before getting a call back to schedule the service I needed. I finally received a call at the end of that week and scheduled service for the evening of 3/3. That evening no one showed up at the time that we scheduled service for or before the time that had told them I had to leave by. Instead of receiving a call from the company that they were not going to make the scheduled time I received an email through the angies list site and then a service tech showed up at my house 2 hours later after I had already left. After all of that I did not wish to have any further contact with the very unprofessional company nor allow them to work on my house. I have already found another plumber to fix the problem I had the very next day and would like a refund of the $39 I paid for the deal.

Description of Work: The company scheduled me twice and canceled twice. Both times I had to call and ask where they were, as they were late in arriving. I did not find out they were running hours behind until after I called. They did not reach out to me and let me know. Mark Dittrick was very rude and wouldn't answer my question as to why I was bumped from the schedule twice, when apparently they booked two customers at the same time. He would not explain why I was bumped both times. My sense was that the Angie's list deal customers were not a priority.

Description of Work: I deliberately chose a new disposal with the same EZ-Mount system as the existing disposal. Immediately on the phone with 24/7 I was told that it would take at least 1.5-2 hours to remove and install and cost much more. Since every review on Amazon reported about 30 minutes, I consider this nothing but bait-and-switch. Please issue a refund to the credit card used. Thanks you.
