Description of Work: Was concerned about new fixer upper with history of plumbing leak. The camera was a great way to get a look at the entire drain lines to verify Integrity. Only problem was above the slab.

Description of Work: I needed an evaluation of a sewer line problem, and had them come out to inspect and clean the line. The first problem was not their fault; it rained. |The technician was nice and performed the inspection of the line while I held an umbrella. Although roots were found in the line, no cleaning was done. They were supposed to email me a copy of the video of the inspection. They never were able to do this, blaming it on wi-fi problems, even after two weeks. I asked for a quote to repair the problem in the line. (which had been improperly repaired by Kendall Plumbing a few years before. DONT USE THEM!!) Their quote came in way too high, and after their inability to do a simple email of a video file, I decided they were not the people to do the job.

Description of Work: They couldn't figure out how to replace the workings of my shower handles, went back and forth to the store and spent two days with two different people, yet never fixed it well. It drips worse than it did before we started the process.

Description of Work: First they were 2 hours late and called to make another apt. Even so, they showed up late and took a look. They said they could not fix my bound up faucet that day and made an apt. 2 days later. They also said that my faucet was "out of balance" and must be replaced. This sounded peculiar to me so I opened it and fixed it myself in about 1/2 hour by simply loosening one nut. I cancelled their upcoming appointment.
