Description of Work: my service was scheduled between 10 AM and 12,closer to 10 according the service representative. At 11:30 someone called to inform me that it would be noon before the technician could be here. It was a little after 1 PM when he rang my doorbell. He confirmed my diagnosis that the bathroom faucet was leaking and the shut-off valves were frozen. He quoted about $115.00 to replace the cartridge, but offered a small discount because I was a member of Angie"s List. He never addressed the frozen valves. He did not have the replacement part for the faucet on his truck, he would have to reschedule the repair job. I decided to make other arrangements, since Price-Pfitzer would send me a free part. He accepted my payment to you as sufficient for his service call and left. He did not leave any paperwork.

Description of Work: We needed to fix a leak to the copper water line coming into the dishwasher. He said he didn't have the part and would have to go get it. This would put the time for the service past the 1hr and would have to pay additional fees. Total bs. He was nice though and suggested installing a flex line and the issue would be fixed. . Which I did myself and it fixed the issue. Basically $39 for advice.

Description of Work: The plumber Orlando cleaned out the disposal and fixed a pipe in the kitchen all within the one hour limit of the deal I had purchased. My sink is flowing normally again! I could not be there but had a family member present who raced at how efficient he was and nice. I had pleasure to talk to him on the phone and he helped answer my questions. Very nice and thorough job.

Description of Work: I installed a garbage disposal and had a minor leak. On the first trip two people came out. The small leak seem to require a large number of new parts (none of which they had). After several hours of part replacements the leak was repaired. They stated they had the parts to refresh my under the sink water purifier and came back the next day and replaced the various filters. It turns out they were not the identical parts but a brand that did not filter as much as the original filters. Their work was excellent, but the constant up sale was disappointing.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky toilet. He was about an hour late, but the company called me to let me know they would be late. He was in and out in about 20 minutes -- fixed the toilet without a problem. I will hire them again.
