That was okay. The big deal was for a diagnosis and I had to be extra to get the services done. The total package price is a bit misleading and you end up paying much more than the big deal price. I would like to see the price a little bit lower because I thought it was high. I have not had any complaints since they did the work.

Serviceman was pleasant and knowledgeable but done in about 15 mins, so I asked him to take a few minutes and explain how the system worked (never having had a soft water system before.) I felt I should be more informed and get my money's worth for the call. He showed me the different cycles and what they do. Very helpful.

I wasn't too happy with them, because when they came out and did my reverse osmosis. After they got done servicing it, I had issues with it. I wouldn't use them again. The Big Deal said that they were going to clean where the filters went, but he said our system didn't include it. I told them the system didn't have any issues until they serviced it. I had to take off all the stickers that they stuck throughout my house.

Mark was very communicative and let me know what was causing a leak in my home. Helped arrange dry out and repaired all issues.

Orlando was great would definitely use their service again

We purchased an Angies List Coupon for 2 hours of plumbing services for $39.00. We had a list of small plumbing jobs that had accumulated, things like washer replacements, loose faucets, clogged garbage disposal, etc. Where else can you get a plumber to walk through the door, do 2 hours of small jobs, and only pay only $39? They were great. They did all our work, suggested replacement fixtures, and options for the future. All for $39. They were all one could hope for in a plumber. We will definitely use them for some upcoming plumbing upgrades we have planned for later in the year.

They came (on time) fixed the problem, and then asked if there was anything else I wanted them to look at. Very professional, friendly and helpful. They explained the problem and wanted to be helpful. A very good experience.

He went out of his way to spend the hour well especially when the issues I hired him for only took a few minutes. He then flushed the water heater, which wasn't even on my list, but he had the time and went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend 24 7.

It went great, he had to leave to go to Loews to get some parts and did not charge me for the time he was gone, and he was friendly and even showed me how to install the flushing system when I told him I wanted to learn how to do it myself.

Technician stopped the leak in the shower bathroom and brought kitchen's garbage disposal back to live. The provider can be proud, Orlando displayed all the highly expected characteristics of the technician plus a great personality.

This is one of those reviews were the old saying if you can't say anything nice would apply if I didn't feel I owed it to potential customers. I wanted to replace hard soldered connections to my water softener with flexible lines so if it ever got bumped the lines wouldn't leak as had happened once before. Since this was such a simple job I looked for a cheap deal and got just that. I bought the proper hoses, copper fittings and pipe, and cleared out the work area in advance to make this easy and quick. Things started off poorly when the plumbers (Mark the owner and his trainee Anthony) told me they hoped I had spare parts to the water softener cause "these inlets may break when I pull them apart". That might be true if it was an older unit, but it only went in six months ago and I told him it was unlikely, but I was fine with him trying. Mark thought he could do it safely, but wasn't promising it. He then told me that there was a $25 dollar charge for the gas, flux, and solder. Technically that is noted in the special where it refers to materials, but I think most would take that to mean the parts, not the normal things a plumber uses to do their job. At that point I was ready kick them out and just eat the $39 I'd paid, but I decided to salvage the call by having them look at a loose shower handle. Turned out it couldn't be fixed because the valve stem had too much play in it (I contacted the manufacturer and they said they'd send a replacement valve stem for free). I figured I'd endured these guys long and was going to send them on their way, but Mark talked me into trying to do the water softener. It went well and no parts were broken. When they were done Mark decided to scrap the $25 materials charge if I would write a positive review for which I promised I would write a review of his company and I have done that as a 'C' review is not a 'D'. :)

It could have been better. The first appointment was two and a half hours delayed (2.5 hrs.). I accepted that and was ready to get the job done. They stated that they needed to go and get more parts. Well, if they had been on time at 09:00 am, they would have had plenty of time to get the parts, but since they did not show up until 11:45 am, I was under a time crunch to get to an appointment to get my car into the dealership at 1:00 pm. They almost made it sound like it was my fault that there was something scheduled so closely to the work time they were expecting even though they were so late in showing up. So they rescheduled me to Monday at 11:00. I made sure to clear my schedule so that I could be available and, guess what, they did not show up until 3:45 pm. At the time the plumber showed up, I learned that the plumber from Friday had accidentally removed some of the parts from the $85 dollar part that I purchased from Home Depot and that the guy on site did not have everything he needed to complete the job. Long story short.... he did get the job done. I am not sure if it is exactly right. On top of it... I wrote him a check and he seemed to have lost it. Therefore, I wrote him a second check and am now debating on whether or not to change my checking account number. All I can say is be careful when using these guys. The work may end up being good, but you had better have some time to deal with their horrible scheduling and lack of concern for customer's time.

It was fine. They were here and gone and it was very quick. They did try to sell me some upgrades on other things I had in my house but they just stuck to the deal. They cleaned up, they were very professional, they were very friendly and they cleaned up after themselves without any issues. I did have another issue after they left.

The technician was Orlando. I had the gasket on hand and he was happy to use it. He was on time, got to work right away and finished within an hour. He was very pleasant as well. We will use them again.

It was fine. I will use them again for a sale.

It was good. It was very nice. They came on time and it was just maybe an hour for them to diagnose and fix the problem so they were efficient.

There should be a disclaimer on these "deals" that certain types of systems may be excluded. It cost us $59 to find out.

He was late. He said he had trouble finding my house even though house has been here for 18 years. This young kid new nothing about water softeners except how to check for water hardness and dropping off 2 bags of salt. He couldn't help me adjust setting that said I needed salt even though tank was full. He said everything was working fine but my Kenmore water softener still continually overflows out the back drain. All he wanted was to get out to his next call. The service call was a complete waste of my $49 and I have not used Angies List since which was 6 months ago!!!!

Two people arrived at the house: one technician and the owner. The technician inspected the water softener and left two bags of salt as contracted for because none needed to be added at the time. The owner answered questions about the softener operation and the operation of my reverse-osmosis water filter. He also pitched his plumbing services. I was disappointed that the water softener service was not more thorough, such as to cycle through the operation and check valves.

Loved this plumber! He was punctual, clean, neat and went over everything he was going to do BEFORE he did it. His assistant was just as wonderful and they had our toilet fixed and reset in a manner that was even better than what we had. I also called him to fix my garbage disposal. Again, another GREAT experience! The plumber he sent was knowledgable, prompt, and friendly. I have already referred this company to others and will continue to do so. I will also be using them for future plumbing needs.

When the provider responded to me they gave me an incorrect phone number. Who doesn't know their own business number? When they sent me the incorrect phone number, they also asked for the exact same information that was on the purchase. I had given them three dates and times I was available. They asked for exactly the same information aqain. So, I asked for a cancellation and refund. Instead of calling me to ask thaat I not do that, they sent another email asking ME to call them. I did not. I never heard from them again, and I still do not have my refund after almost a month. It is now a month later and I do not have my refund that way requesfed in May AND June.

The job was a little harder than I thought and it went well.

Perfect. Done in record time.

24/ 7 Water Conditioning and Plumbing called me and scheduled the appointment in a short amount of time. They sent their plumber, Orlando, who was excellent. I had already purchased the new faucet to be installed and cleaned out the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. Since everything was ready for him he told me that he should be able to do the work within the hour time of the deal, unless he ran into difficulties and then might need an extra half hour, which would be at an additional $55 cost. He removed the leaky faucet and installed the new one without any delay, (except he gave me time to remove the calcium buildup around the opening of my counter and helped me to do that so the area looked clean for the new faucet). He finished up and cleaned up within the hour. He was courteous and friendly and obviously knew what he was doing without any unnecessarily delay. My new kitchen faucet looks great and works great. If all of their plumbers are like Orlando, I would definitely recommend 24/7!
