Description of Work: The water softener tech arrived on time and checked out my water softener and RO water system and changed the filters. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: Originally, I prepaid for a water softener check. I had an osmosis water system and asked if they also could check the reverse osmosis system. He was able to check and change filters check all connections for leaks and pressure. It took about 15 minutes of hands on work. He explained what he was doing and how it worked and I appreciated the time he took explaining it because we had just moved across the country to a new home and never had a water softener or a reverse osmosis system. |I will use theis company again

Description of Work: Tech was here to fix leak under sink for $75. Broke the pipe and charged me $475 to fix it. Left massive holes in the wall. A couple mess. Ignored my complaints.

Description of Work: they ended up not being able to flush the water heater which I didn't really understand. Now just hoping to get a refund for the cost since they weren't able to do anything.

Description of Work: They installed a new garbage disposal. The price included the disposal itself. The guys were prompt and did a great job! I also learned a few things about what you should not put in your disposal and how to keep it smelling fresh and the blades sharp. I was very impressed and would recommend them. I will also use them again for my future needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for 24 7 to inspect my water softener. I also asked them to replace my under sink water filter. I had let the salt in my water softener run out for a few days and had replaced it a few days prior to their arrival. They saw that I had let the salt run out and told me that the water softener was totally unusable as a result. They would have to take it out and replace the entire RO system. Not knowing anything about this, I believed them. They tried to sell me an entirely new system using citrus that did not need salt. It was very expensive. I did a quick internet search and found that the citrus units do not change the water and really don't work. When I told him that, he back tracked and told me that he only suggested it because I had let my salt lapse and this system didn't require salt. The fact is, he had told me that this was a much better system. I should have sent him home after that. Since I don't know much about how the water softeners work, I let him do the work. Later on, I did some research and it doesn't look like the rebuilt was necessary. I have a general concern about purchasing servicing or inspection coupons because of the incentive for providers to find issues that may not be a problem. That said, this has not been the case with other Angie's List providers.

Description of Work: They came out and did a test of our RO system and did a nice job on that. The reason I was having them out is because I had done the work myself but didn't feel it was cleaning the water like it should. Turns out I was wrong. I did it perfectly. There was nothing for them to do. The reason for my being unsatisfied is because while we didn't need them right now, with the service were replacement filters. Even if we don't need them now, we will. There was no reason to not leave us replacement filters for the next time we needed them. Being as, we paid for them and all with this service.
