Description of Work: Not good. We wanted a camera view of the smaller kitchen line, but they could not do it. Instead they viewed the main line and declared we had sagging pipe with standing water, and large potato size blockages in the main line...gave a discounted price estimate of $1,650.00 to repair. My nephew did not believe them, so shoveled out the total line from house to septic in about 4 hours. The cast iron pipe was in excellent condition and there was a handy duel cleanout near the septic. We called in a septic tank expert to advise about the "standing water" and "potato" plugs. He explained that standing water was in the trap, and potatoes were air bubbles seen at the top of the running trap (similar to a p-trap). He felt any company worthy of the camera test would know this also. We then tested the "blockage" from a viewing port, and toilet paper and water ran forcefully through the system. We asked if we should change the system out since the hard labor part of digging was completed. "NO!" he replied, "Your system is in excellent working condition and should last another 25 years". I called 24/7 to discuss their findings against the actual working of this part of our plumbing, but no one will return my call!
