They informed me that they did not receive the purchase for the Big Deal. It has been a few months now so I called them and they said they do not do Big Deals anymore.

It went great! They showed up on time, very friendly and professional, installed everything quickly. Tested it all out, cleaned up, and they were done. My only issue was that the manual of operating instructions was very minimal, but I called them and they walked me through the steps to answer my questions. I had them do some other work while they were there and was happy with the price and results. I'm planning to contact them again soon to do some sprinkler work for me.

The person was on time, helpful and did it perfectly.

Previously called to find out about how much service would be. It was a simple job of changing toilet flapper, insides and new seal between tank and toilet. The price quoted was $280.00. When I said that was exorbitant since I previously spoke to office. He then said he could do it for $250 and that was the best deal I could get from anywhere else. I declined, then he said he would go outside and speak to "boss" and see what he could do. He came back sometime later and said there was a deal on Angie's list for $115 off of services and he could do it then for $150 total. (there was no such"deal" listed). I said I have the one for $79 off of $200 and that would more than cover the new quoted price. Did not want to accept that. I asked him to leave as it was a scam and insulting that if I agreed to the first charge I would have been ripped off.

They replaced a few filters for us. The service was fine. The experience went exactly as I had anticipated.

Mark and crew went above and beyond in their service when they encountered unexpected complications with my installation.

Great job! Arrived as scheduled. Office staff are great to work with. Got the job done in no time. Neat and clean up after. Would have them do work for me again.

We were out of town when our neighbor called us to say they saw water spraying up against the house, he had tried to shut off the water but the valve was stuck and he did not have a wrench to close it. I called my brother who went over and he could not shut if off either. He was afraid he would break the valve so he shut the water off at the street. He said the valve was the one going to the drip system. I called a Reynolds Irrigation Repair service. They sent someone the same day ? he told me the problem was with the valve coming from the street to the house ? before the drip system and I needed a plumber. I called 24/7 Water Conditioning. I picked them because they were on Angie?s list and were located close to our house. They sent someone out the same day ? couldn?t ask for faster service from Reynolds or 24/7. The serviceman made all the necessary repairs and did a beautiful job. Our neighbor watched all this and was so impressed with 24/7, he asked for their card so he could call them in the future. The 24/7 repairman was not able to reset our timer however. The following day our neighbor called us again that there was no water to the drip system and the trees were starting to show stress. I called 24/7 and they immediately sent the serviceman back who determined that the drip system was working but the timer was out of sync and he was not familiar with our system. 24/7 could not have been more professional and all this was done with phone calls as we did not get back to the house until everything as already up and running. FYI ? Reynolds Irrigation Repair was able to come back and set the timer and get all of that running again. They were also more than helpful. Can?t thank both of these companies for the prompt service and professionalism.

Fine. Not too much upcharge pressure and did the work quickly and efficiently. He patiently explained the characteristics and operation of my RO system. I would request Danny again.

It went well and I would work with the company again.

I purchased the $99 plumbing package for $200 worth of plumbing. Two plumbers arrived and asked me if I had a Groupon or an Angie's List coupon. To be honest, I couldn't remember for sure and I told them I had a Groupon. I showed them what I wanted to have fixed and they both went back to their truck to come up with a bill. About 15 minutes passed (I checked my records and confirmed that it was an Anglie's List coupon), and when the plumbers returned they presented me with a bill for $287 (which did not include my initial $99). I told them that I thought that $287 + $99 was quite a bit of money for the work I wanted done. They showed me the breakdown which included the service call, the hourly rate, the parts and travel time. (Travel time - 1 hour - they were picking up the part in central Phx and I live in Scottsdale). After discussing the bill, I told them that I was mistaken and that my coupon was actually from Anglie's List to which they replied they would have to make me up a new bill. Another 15 minutes in the truck and a new bill - this time $168 (not including my $99 coupon). Again, I felt this was excessive since they were still charging me for the service call AND the labor, parts & travel. (Normally once you agree to have a company do the work they eliminate the service call charge). At this point I was so unhappy with the two different bills (shady to say the least), the excessive cost, the fact that they could not get the part at a local plumbing store, that I asked them what they could do for my initial $99 coupon. So, they tightened my kitchen faucet and said they raised the stopper in my master bath sink (I saw no change at all), and left after 15 minutes! I really feel "ripped off" and would definitely NOT recommend this plumber. PS: I called another "retired" plumber who charged me $48 for labor, no service call charge, parts were about $15 which he bought at the local ACE Hardware Store. He was done within an hour (that includes his time to purchase the parts and his time to fix my master bath toilet.

Dan and Shane arrived earlier than scheduled after calling me to see if that was agreeable to me. They came in, assessed the tub, which I had originally called to have fixed and then looked at the toilet I asked them to examine for me as it was running continuously causing me to go through 3 times the amount of water I historically used. I had paid, via Angies List for 2 hours of labor. They were actually here for approximately 3 hours, including the time it took for them to obtain the needed parts for the toilet, which they didn't know when they arrived I was also needing to have repaired. They only charged me for an additional 15 minutes of labor which I feel was extremely kind and generous of them. The next day I found that the toilet that was repaired was leaking onto the floor, an issue I didn't have prior to their repairing the toilet. They returned within a hour of my calling and repaired that leak at no charge. I could not be happier with their concern, professionalism and care they took in meeting all of my bathroom issues. In my book, they and this company are superstars. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of plumbing needs due to their honesty, professionalism, concern, fairness in pricing and quick service in returning to fix an issue that developed after the fact.

Kitchen faucet reassembled successfully. Plumber tried to remove a small plastic part in trying to repair the roman tub faucet and had difficulty removing it.. He used a screw driver and a saw and tried to saw it out. In doing so, he damaged a valve (stem) . The plumber spent most of the allotted time for the job trying to find a replacement part for the part he damaged. We called another plumber who discovered that threads on the valve had been damaged and so that part had to be replaced. We are now awaiting a new unit from the supplier to complete the job.

He was very polite, very knowledgeable about what was going on with the plumbing. He did his job in a very professional manner including cleaning up after he was done. Plus he accomplished all of it under a time constraint because I needed to make it to an appointment about an hour after he arrived. I thank the company very much for the service they provided me and will gladly use their services in the future and recommend them highly

First of all, when I inquired about the $99 fee charged by Angie's List that I assumed went towards the 24/7 Plumbing charges, he informed me that his home office was in Peoria, AZ. and the fee for his travel was $100 and the charge would be offset by the amoung paid to Angies List. The $400 estimate to complete the job would be reduced to $300. The plumber, Matt, who did the installation was personable enough and seem to know what he was doing. However, when the hole that was in the countertop for the old sink did not fit the new sink, his attempt to "modify" the hole became a very troublesome event because he didn't have the proper tool(s). As a result, he caused two somewhat prominent 'CHIPS' in my countertop that will be impossible to adequately repair. (What do you say when something like this happens?) Matt replied quietly, "I hope I don't have to buy you a new countertop!" All in all, the plan to have my sewer drain cleared ended up costing me $759.86 (referral fee, sink and faucet, garbage disposal, plumbing fee, and sales taxes) instead of the 2 hours of plumbing services for $99) Don Charlton, another "dazed" customer.

The guy was very professional, worked hard and explained everything he did. We talked things over (i.e. cost of parts) and asked for my approval before repairs were made. My only complaint is.....I paid by check and the service man lost my check, so I had to stop payment and re-pay by credit card.

Provider showed up at 9:45 AM for an appointment scheduled between 8 and 9 AM I was told that the two hours of plumbing that I had purchased for $99.00, would actually be 1 hour of plumbing and 1 hour of travel time. I never saw anything stating that on the Angie's List Ad. or I wouldn't have bought the service in the first place. The plumber said he could not install the RO faucet I purchased from Home Depot, because it had 3 hoses instead of only one hose. After I contacted his manager, the manager said he would explain to him how to do it over the phone. This was not a confidence builder. During the reassembly process the plumber said there was a broken part that had to be replaced. There was nothing broken under the sink when he started. I asked him to go to Home Depot and get the correct part which he did. He said he would have to charge for the time and part. Another $137.00. What choice did I have. My kitchen sink was now out of service and would remain so if he left. Plumber stated several times while he was here "some people you just can't please". I assume this was directed at me. Other things too numerous to add right now. I'm just glad it's over

Unfortunately we were disappointed that this company wanted to charge the toilet work for the 2 hours of the deal prior to the beginning. However our previous work with a toilet install it took them only an hour. Their manner in approaching the job made us uncomfortable we are seeking a refund from Angie's List.

asked them to look at a serious problem on wednesday. the earliest they would look at it was the following monday. not what I expect from a place called "24/7". we've used them before for other things and the service was good

Very good service. He showed up within a few hours and replaced my RO system and disposal with no problems. The RO system is now much quieter which is a huge improvement. Highly recommended.

The water softener that was in the home when I purchased it three months ago, developed a leak and had to be replaced. I had to turn the water off to the house in order to stop the flow of water and limit water damage to my home. I contacted several other plumbing companies about doing the work I needed, but none could respond to my home in a timely manner and I needed to have water back in the house again. When I contacted 24/7 water conditioning and plumbing, they were able to come out the same day, did not gouge me on the price due to the short response time and did very professional work. Owner, Mark Dittrick offered me several different options for the work I needed. I settled on the rebuilt water softener option and Mark showed up when he said he would, with a helper and did the removal of the old water softener and the installation of the rebuilt water softener in less than three hours. The rebuilt water softener is working just fine, does not leak and was installed by a real pro. I was so impressed by Mark's work and his integrity that I also asked if he could replace the filters on my reverse osmosis water system while he was here and he was glad to help me out. He had the filters in his truck and quickly replaced them for me. He also did a test on the purity of the water while he was in my home to be sure the reverse osmosis system was working properly. I would not hesitate to contact Mark again in the future should I have a need for plumbing work. I am very happy with the water softener and with the performance of my reverse osmosis system.

I was very pleased with this company. They were on time, were professional, and went beyond what I expected them to do and what was quoted. All without gouging me! Tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Would use again for plumbing and sewer repair and electrical and general construction. This was very done well. Would not use for drywall repair or texturing or finish work. It was sloppy and not good quality. However, 24/7 did terminate the drywall associate and did not charge me for the job that was poorly done. Electrical work was done well however, the electrician was sloppy about installing electrical and cable lines under the stone floor in the living room. The stone floor was repaired to my satisfaction at no additional charge. I had another contractor install the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances because 24/7 didn't offer this service at the time. Overall, Mark was pleasant to work with.

Mark responded to a late night panic call. Very professional. Some concerns over material removed not transported off-site, and fixtures left in back yard. Mark very easy to work with, I believe he hoped to return to do rebuild. However, insurance co. (USAA) required bids and other, highly rated, company won bid.

Everything has gone well. The price was fair and the work was done correctly.
