Description of Work: A little confusion on the front end with the scheduling. The service was done, and as far as I know it is ok. The service tech was ok, and seemed to be in a hurry. I would say it's ok not bad and I gave it a B. But having said that, I don't think I'd use this service provider again.

Description of Work: They showed up but said they could not perform the service because of other jobs still in progress. They seemed to be completely unprepared and ill informed. The final straw was when they couldn't even locate the water shut-off valve - after a 15-minute search! I ended up using someone else, and they charged me for simply showing off their ineptitude. |

This was the first time to home, so we were not familiar with location, technician walked around to find the main water shut-off, then spent time evaluating the problem, explaining situation, and writing up estimate for installation. We gave the option to do service that day or reschedule, you preferred to reschedule. During follow up call a few days later, you were not ready to schedule and there was no mention of being unsatisfied. Please contact us if we can be of further service.

Description of Work: They found my tank was bad on the reverse osmosis system and reconfigured around the bad tank to make it a 3 stage rather than a 5 stage system for 40 dollars more than the cost to change the filters.

Description of Work: The installation went good. The only problem is that the installer turned off the water to our sprinklers and did not turn it back on. We left town for one week the day after the installation and when we returned our grass was totally brown and 6 of our plants/ bushes died.

Thank You for allowing us to re-install your water softner to the existing line, although as we did the re-install of the softner we do not turn off any other valve. The only valve we would have turned off would be the main shut off and that's to make sure no water leaks by while installing the softner . That means that your drip system would have never been touched by us. Although when we shut off your main, after we are done we always turn back on your water in order to check for any kinds of leaks that may have accrued to the system. We are sorry that your plants have died or are in the process of dying although we weren't the reason for those things happening. Shane Shop Manager

We are sorry that you feel our pricing was a little high although we are competitive in our pricing compared to some of the other companies out there in which I wouldn't mention the names of out of respect but they are much higher in pricing then we are. Price for parts and labor everyone has to charge for otherwise we wouldn't have good techs that would show up to job sites on time and willing to do the jobs they are giving. Description of Work: They were to fix two toilets and a leak in the back. Fixed both toilets which took one hour and fixed the leak in the back but charged me $46.78 which I feel that should have been part of the original charge. The gentlemen also left is equipment here so I had to work around getting that back to him. He took a lot of time talking with his boss about what to do also gave me a quote to put in a sink in the kitchen. I'm having problems with the one toilet not wanting to flush each time which he replaced everything on the inside of the toilet.

We are not able to just give our parts away as part of the deal. Also Shane had talked to you about your wall hung toilets and them needing to rebuilt feel free to call us on that anytime. Shane did talk to his boss a little bit to figure how billing was going to be set up for your job. In the finishing of all things plumbing Shane did forget his cutter from cutting your drip system and asked that you put it out for him and appreciates you doing that for him for tools cut a lot of money and sometimes losing them is a bummer for techs. We appreciate your understanding and your business.

Description of Work: We were having granite countertops installed in the bathrooms. 24/7 worked around our schedule to do the work of disconnecting the plumbing and reinstalling on Saturday without any extra fees. They were great. I would definitely recommend them.

I would hire this plumber again.
Description of Work: I had 24/7 replace my leaking watersoftner with a rebuild watersoftner. He also replaced all the filters in my reverse osmosis system. He came out the same day that I called for assistance, was punctual, professional, left the work site clean and his price was reasonable.
