Tech came onsite promptly. He was extremely professional and courteous. He allowed me to watch and diagnose the issue and complete the repair. A week alter my second unit went down. The same tech was onsite and we did the same procedure. Really nice field guys and office staff. Their sales guy quoted us for 2 new units with a fair price (our units are 17 years old). Totally satisfied.

Process was went very smooth. Mike came out provided options and explained the changes to ACs today vs. mine built 17+ years ago. When I did select Canyon over other providers I was given all the details on how the day would go and what needed to be done. On the day of the replacement each technician introduced themselves to me and got straight to work. I was told it would be an all day job and it was. Everything is up and running, now.

I called a friend whose husband was in the industry until a couple of years ago and he said definitely get a second opinion and recommended another company. They came the next morning and there is nothing wrong with our compressor! The noise was just a loose part that they found and fixed immediately. They also noticed immediately that there was a gap in the installation where both our hot and cold air was escaping. Also that the coils were very dirty (it was part of the maintenance agreement to clean the coils) And also there was no drainage line for the condenser. Condensation water was just pooling there and every time the unit started it was being sucked back into the motor. This was all stuff that we'd been paying Canyon State to notice and take care of. There was more, but you get the picture. The other company took photos to show us. And they fixed it all and told us the unit was probably good for at least another 2 or 3 years. What makes me feel really bad is Canyon State pulled the same schtick at a former home and we fell for it and bought a new system from them.....$$$$$

We've had the company for years and we wouldn't change for a million dollars. We wouldn't change. They are great. Even if they were going to be 15 minutes or a half hour late they let you know. If they see they are running a little late and they are unable to be here at the time they said they call and say, "Hey, a few things come on this other job. Would you object we would be there a little late in 30 minutes." They always call. When they say 9 they are here at 9. We always have one worker. He is so thorough. He doesn't rush into the job. He takes the hose and cleans out before he takes pictures. He comes down and lets you know if there is anything wrong with the coils or anything. He cleans everything. He does a thorough job it could take 45 minutes. The people are professional. Even on the phone if you call them and say you have a problem they are here. They don't say I'll come in 3-4 days. They say we will have our guy call you back and they are here.

Bobby was very informative as to how system works and when it should be serviced. Was very patient in answering all my questions.

Ignacio Valenzuela arrived at the appointed time in a truck with the company logo wearing clothing bearing the company logo. When I answered the door, he handed me his business card with photo ID and introduced himself. Before beginning work, he talked to my husband and I, explained what he planned to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Ignacio went about his work in a quiet and professional manner. When finished, he checked in with us again and gave a report of what he found. There were things that weren't perfect because our unit is older, but he said that it is perfectly serviceable. We will definitely call Canyon State to service the system again next year.

Trent did a great job explaining what the problem was, and as it turned out, a part needed to be replaced and we were still under warranty that we thought had expired, so the part was replaced at no cost. He explained why we had the failure and explained about the whole house surge protection system and how it can help prevent failures of this kind and possible problems to our appliances without the surge protective system. We purchased the system.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The service man was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Overall it was a job well done. I would use them again when needed.

I have used Canyon State in Sun City West for several years for yearly A/C checkups. This year there were some repairs needed, with parts to be replaced. Ignacio Valenzuela was the technician who came to do the job, and I must say, he was just wonderful. Polite, professional, friendly and did a fine job. My A/C unit is an older one, and later in the day I felt that it was noisier than normal, and there seemed to be some vibration I had not noticed before. Ignacio came back the same afternoon and went to work to see what he could do. Found some screws missing, and straightened and tightened the outside covering. Also, another technician, Todd Pipitone, came by to see if he could help. Both fellows were terrific in doing everything they could to make sure the A/C was fixed and running perfectly. I could not be happier with Canyon State and these two technicians. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Thank you Canyon State, Ignacio and Todd for your outstanding customer service!

Canyon State has the best service I've ever seen. We were expecting to go through the weekend with zero air conditioning at temperatures over 100 degrees. Gave Canyon State a call and reached their answering service. Explained situation and was told I'd receive a call from someone shortly. Received call 15 minutes later and was asked if they could come over within 45 minutes. The serviceman arrived earlier than expected and was able to fix my AC within 25 minutes. Since I belong to their Canyon State Silver Club he went ahead and also cleaned and serviced my AC. My AC was under warranty so the service call and repair cost me nothing. I've been using Canyon State for 2.5 years and they have always showed up on time for the AC's biannual service and have always been courteous and professional.

It was fine. It was good. They were on time. They were here when they said they would be. I didn’t have any problems. They didn’t overcharge me. They didn’t tell me I needed something when I didn’t. They told me what I might need later on. I had no problems with them. They have been out here twice.

I had hired Canyon State once before to replace my house fan, which had burnt out. This time I needed some work done on my A/C unit, and they gave me their usual, excellent service. I'll definitely call them again if the need arises!

They did a good job. There were no problems They came out and replaced a part for free that was leaking. It was the main part in the inside system. If I would have had to buy it it would have been around $1,000.

They were very nice people to deal with. We found that they were polite. The price was right and they were very accomodating.

The repair person was on time and quickly and correctly identified and corrected the problem.

Woke up to no Air conditioning. House was hot. I'm a snowbird so not too familiar with service people in the area. I selected these guys from Angies List and I'm so happy that I did. They arrived promptly when they said they would come. The service person, inspected my unit and explained how things worked and what was not working and why. My unit was quite old. He told me I could either repair the unit but no guarantee on how long that would last, or install a new one. If I choose the repair, the cost of the repair would be deducted from the cost of a new unit, if and when I needed one. Because of the age, I chose to have a new one installed. They removed the old one, installed a new one. Cleaned up and removed all and any debris. Very clean, polite and professional people. Gave me the impression that they were knowledgeable and had pride in their work. Received a 10 year warranty on unit and service.

They get a triple A+! The repairman came out and I decided I had to get a brand new one. I was not pressured at all to ge a new one. I have two A/C units and I decided to replace both. I spoke with one of their salespeople. The technician explained to me everything that was wrong with both units, they were about 18 years old. I purchased two T.R.A.I.N. units at a very reasonable price. They sent an installation crew promptly and on time, which is exceptional. They sent a crew of three guys to do all the work. They also did some light duct work. They changed two thermostats and two air handlers and also the two outside compressor units. They were very neat workers and the system has performed admirably. They did a great clean up job after the work was completed.

The service mechanic was very nice and explained what he did to service the unit.He also sold me on a deal for a lower price on the next service.

The technician (Ken) showed up precisely when expected, and diagnosed the problem promptly. My house fan's motor was shot, and needed to be replaced. He went up in the attic and did the job, on a brutally hot day (108 outside). After that was done, I asked him to have a look at the A/C unit to make sure there was no issue there. He saw that a contactor switch was getting close to the end of its lifespan, and recommended it be replaced. I had him do so. After the work, my cooling system is purring like a kitten!

The install went flawless and it has been purring ever since.The staff are friendly and professinal.I have reccomended them to my neighbors which used the company and they are as happy as we are. You won't go wrong with this honest company!!

They were fine. The guy was in and out many times. He could have done the job much easily. Anyways, he did a good job.

Because the new heater had to be installed in the attic, and the fit was very tight, one of the men requested touch up paint. He painted a scratch on the garage wall, and several scratched on the frame around the access door. The salesman is coming back to replace a broken switch plate.
