The job ended up being exactly what we wanted and we owe it all to Terry’s expertise. We have more projects lined up in the future and Terry will be the one … and only … call we make! We can’t recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: We recently purchased a home in Payson with a large, unfinished basement. As our first project, we decided that we wanted to divide the basement into two rooms. One for my husband’s music endeavors and the other as a playroom for our grandchildren. We interviewed several different tradespeople and selected Terry based on a few factors: (1) He was very personable and we found it easy to discuss the scope of the job with him; (2) he was skilled in all of the tasks associated with the job (electrical, construction framing, texturing, etc.); and (3) his price was extremely reasonable.

They were great at communicating their process for completing repairs, like when there were several options we could choose from regarding how to attack specific tasks. They were willing to do the materials shopping too, though I helped out by picking up supplies when I could. It felt like a true team effort because they included me in the process and decision making throughout. Their prices were very reasonable and they were incredibly personable and helpful. We plan to hire them again for future repairs, and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

+ 2 moreIt's not often that I've felt good after a handyman left my house, but I did in this case! I called Terry to come fix some things before we moved into our new home (foreclosure). He took care of removing the nasty old ceiling fans (5) and installed new ones. Fixed the sprinkler system drippers and adjusted the timer. Added some additional security lighting so we felt comfortable with our kids being outside in the yard at night. Everything went without a hitch and we plan on telling all our new neighbors about him!
Description of Work: Removed 5 old (& broken) ceiling fans Replaced missing drippers to front and back yard sprinkler system Reset sprinkler timer box to correct watering times and days for front and back yard Flushed and cleaned drip lines and adjusted location of drippers to all the plants/shrubs Ran a new electrical line to back yard/patio area for 2 additional light fixtures on motion sensor and electrical outlet by the BBQ
