"My neighbors and I hired Mr Valdez to replace our shared fence. My neighbor also hired them to install a new gate to their backyard. The gate has never been completed, the posts for the fence were never cut to the height of the fence, and a quarter panel of fencing that was to be replaced at the corner, attached to the new post was never installed - instead, the materials for that were left to rot and degrade in my yard. The completed work was done in less than one day, and Mr Valdez was paid by both me and my neighbors. He never came back to finish the work."

"We had our roof replaced and ran across a lot of problems along the way by someone else. Sure built was dragged into the mess. Thank God they were! We had damage to our roof because of hail damage. We were fighting tooth and nail with insurance to get things done and finished. So much miscommunication or no communication at all.
