Description of Work: I was very pleased that Keith E. Staples Appliance Service and Sales was able to come out the same day I called to check out my Maytag gas stove. Mr. Staples and his son diagnosed the problem -- my stove still had the manufacturer's natural gas configuration even though we use propane. They ordered the proper orifices, and then came back on a Saturday to install the proper fixtures. Also fixed the range-top settings to work with propane. Haven't had a chance to use the oven yet,but the broiler is more controlled since their repair. I'm very pleased with the service and the advice and service provided by Mr. Staples. I probably wouldn't have found them if it weren't for Angie's list.

+ -1 moreI called to make the appointment prior to their regular hours. I left a message, as requested. My call was returned as soon as their business hours began and they were very flexible in making an appointment that would fit in my schedule. Mr. Staples explained the problem as he cleared the blockage and made the repair so the drain will not be able to freeze up again. He was pleasant and professional. I would use this repair service again!
Description of Work: Repair of refrigerator. Frost free Kenmore refrigerator made by Whirlpool. The drain in the freezer compartment was blocked, apparently by ice, causing water to back-up and freeze in the freezer compartment. We also had water from the back-up on the shelves in the refrigerator.
