Came when he said he would to give an estimate; came when he said he would to do the repair; cleaned up any mess (there was very little); and painted the underside of the roof overhang (partially what was replaced) I might add that I had Westover because several neighbors down the street had him for similar repairs and gave him glowing recommendations. He has also done repairs to a (almost) flat built up roof at my chruch.
Description of Work: Remove a section of tile roofing, the stirngers, underlayment, and cut out a section of plywood, patch in a new piece of plywood, underlayment, replace the stringers, and reinstall the tile
