The whole process went very well. First there was the inspection which was thorough, and revealed some previous termite damage. We were given the option of a couple different treatment programs with no pressure to choose either. Then another person came to do the treatment. He was very professional, polite, and explained what he was doing in a way that was understandable. We had a good experience with Truly Nolen.

GREAT! I basically had an 'ant' invasion ... it was amazing to watch them disappear ... by taking bate back to their nests (or whatever they're called) and in 2 days no evidense.

No more pests. Just wish I knew when they did last treatment. I would have paid extra for a little extra on that last time. Just in case.

I have used several Pest Control companies over the years and Truly Nolen is the best by far. They are much more thorough and professional than the others I have used and I feel like my home is finally really pest free.

We have had a contract for a quarterly 'anti-bug' treatment for seven years now. We're not about to give it up. On one occasion I happened to mention that we had mice - and the chap came back from his vehicle with a number of mouse traps - no extra charge. Excellent service.

They were very good. They come back if we need things or if we have problems. They go through everything with us and talked to us about it. If we have problems they will come out anytime.

If I need them to come inside and take care of a pest problem, they would. You can call them anytime in between their visits and they will come out and do treatments any time without any extra charge. $118 that I pay is kind of a maintenance thing so they prevent tarantulas or scorpions and what not coming into your house. They send the same person out each time but it is actually he that is the face of the company for me and he is the one who makes it good. He is very friendly, he is real easy to talk to and a real nice guy. He would do any kind of application that you want him to do. I have been dealing with them for many years and since they come out on a quarterly basis, I haven’t had to deal with any insect problem in many years.

They were great. They were prompt and very thorough. Their price was very good and their quality was excellent. Everything was great with them.

If I have a problem, they come right out. The longest I have had to wait for them to come out was 3 days. They are prompt and really effective. They never tell me they can't do anything. There is always some solution for whatever bug problem I might have. I would give them an A+ for everything. They have good reviews and a competitive price. They are very clean and make sure to tell me to put my dog up while they are at my house.

They are responsive to special requests. I will use them again in the future.
