The yard clean up went ok. Took a couple of weeks and had to call to find out when he was going to finish the work. Exterior painting of a rental property: his crew (or subs) did a good job painting the house and trim. The crew (two guys) did all but the front door, which was left unpainted for weeks. Timothy finally said he was going over to paint the door, then texted that he was going out of town and the guys would do it. Last I heard from him for weeks. Then he called, emailed and texted "Where's my money? I've been done for a long time" Well, I never pushed about when he was going to finish, and he never let me know he finished. I called him back to say I would send the final payment asap, could I get some pictures of the place (I live in another state) to confirm the work. He acted like this was a big deal. I finally got him to agree to send a few pictures. This job took two months. His crew did most of the painting and they did a good job. The front door, which I think Timothy did is very poorly done. I had left instructions to open the door so it could be painted easy and professionally. It looks like the door was opened, but not done professionally. Trim wasn't completed paint so old paint is showing, paint is on the rubber edging in lots of place (looks like not taped off at all) and the door is spotty.
Description of Work: Timothy did two jobs for us. The first was yard clean up. That went ok. Then we hired him to paint exterior of the house.

Landscape clearing which was done after several weeks. Brush was left for a week prior to finishing the job. Had to ask about it as a neighbor complained. House painting: The subcontractor crew used by Timothy was good. I would use them again. Timothy didn't do the work except for the front and back doors. Which were not painted until weeks later. The work was of such poor quality that the doors needed to be sanded, primed and repainted. Would not recommend Timothy to anyone. for landscape or painting.

Timothy pulled out a lot of old prickly pear cactus and brittle bush. He checked irrigation system and fixed a leak. Took away all of the debris and cleaned up the work area.

The provider was on time, courteous, professional at all times. Did an outstanding job, the pawn is really grown up and now it looks fantastic, he couldn't have done a better job. I would defiantly recommend Timothy to all my friends and use him again in the future.

They showed up on time and as expected. As I am the executor of the estate I went to look at the results about 5 days after original start date. Weeds were not completely gone and fascia board was not painted as we agreed. When asked about it the owner told me that they only had a small amount of time as he worked two jobs and had to work at the other jobs as well. They finished the work the next day and it was completed as promised and the job was done well. He asked for additional work and gave me a bid on the work which I though was very high so I declined the work, which was additional carpentry to put on a new front porch as it is not in good shape for selling the property. I did find a carpenter to complete the work at a much more reasonable price. The work they did was satisfactory but not outstanding, and for the money paid I thought I would get a better job done. I had to go within 3 weeks to mow down the grass that had sprung up in it's place myself. It took my about 2 hours to do the whole job myself and it just cost me my time.
Description of Work: cleaned the weeds from the front and rear yard. They also installed a new fascia board on the rear of the trailer home and painted it.

We hired Timothy to give our yard some curb appeal and a finished look. He and his team were friendly and professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The yard looks fantastic!
Description of Work: Added plant bed, hauled away trash, filled very large hole, planted a raised bed, restructured slopes for erosion control, built small castle-wall barrier, gave entire yard a finished appearance.
He was okay. I'm sure that he is not licensed. He provided good service and was reasonably priced. He was fine for cleaning up my yard. He needed more work and he took on my handyman repairs in my house that he shouldn't have done. He got in way over his head. He was very nice about it and he stayed longer than he intended. He was trying to replace some faucets in my house. They were not standard and we ran into some problems and had to turn off the water. He got very frustrated with himself. He also does painting and packing for moving but I haven't used him for that. I would use him again for landscaping.
Description of Work: I used Timothy's Landscaping to remove a bunch of weeds and he dug up some pesky grass out of a planter.
