TDY Cleaning

They were hired to do an overall cleaning. It was adequate but no "extras" i.e. the kitchen cabinet fronts were not done.

Everything went better that I expected and their work was above reproach.

Tech was late due to delays as another location. The office was helpful in keeping us updated on when the tech would arrive. The tech also called and kept us informed and asked if the time change was still acceptable. In all, delays do happen and they were professional in handling them. The tech also helped moving a piece of furniture that we were not able to move prior to his arrival.

They do the cleaning every other Friday. They show up on time and when they say they're going to. The bathroom was very clean, but the rest of my home was just so-so. Their attention to detail is a little bit off. A couple of times they forgot to empty the garbage. The final product is not as good as I thought it would be for what I was paying.

Had TDY Cleaning come over and clean and seal our grout on Friday. The price was right with a 20% off coupon. After the cleaning, the tile looked great!!! After they sealed the tile and let it dry, the grout produced a while film all over the whole house. I called within 30 min after they left, and they responded by saying they couldn't get back out to us to fix the issue until Tuesday, four days later! So we sat in our house, with furniture, rugs, and everything else all over the place. They came back over Tuesday and tried to clean off the film, only to fail. I called the manager over and he tried another solution on the grout in a small area, which I think cleared up the film, but now the grout is three different shades of brown. So now I have to wait till Friday for them to come back over and try and clean the whole house again. Who knows what that is going to do to the color of the grout throughout the house. They did provide a refund. Now I have to wait and see what happens. If things dont clear up, Im going to have to replace all the grout in the house, which they probably wont pay for!

What the other reviews say is true: they do perfunctory cleaning and are reasonably priced. They have regularly cleaned my 2400 square foot home for about 18 months. They try to have the same workers every time, which is impressive since this is a high-turnover field. However, they do regularly miss things, and things aren't super clean. However, they are in and out within an hour, so if time is an issue, they're great. They are also best suited to empty homes, and not working around someone's schedule. I work from home, but leave to see clients. I have a set standing appointment with them, but they almost always show up far earlier - routinely showing up nearly two hours early! But overall, they get the job done. I do not, however, recommend their carpet cleaning service. The man showed up late, acted as if he was doing me a favor by being there at all, then cleaned whatever was easy to get to. The rugs were wet for almost a full day afterwards, even though they claim quick-drying. And there were still stains remaining when he was done.

I hired this company to conduct routine cleaning of my home. The cleaning ladies did a decent job however I had to call back to the office twice reference the level of cleaning that was done. Many things were moved, not placed back in original state, overlooked, linen not changed, trash not taken out, ulphostery not vacuumed, glass not cleaned, water spots left on shower and all sink fixtures to the point I had to re-clean certain areas upon arrival home. Overall very disappointing but the worst was when I spoke to the General Manager, Tom Moody, he suggested that I go with another company as they would be unable to meet my needs. His complete lack of customer service in a time when people NEED jobs was not only shocking but an indication of things to come with this company. I discontinued service and have since found a lady that does cleaning for many friends and co-workers of mine in the area. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY for any cleaning services unless you don't care about the quality or how YOU as a customer will be treated.

I think this company is best suited for move in and move out cleaning and not reoccuring cleaning. I have had them clean my home twice in the last month, which is typically what I require from a cleaning service. Both times I required the team to come back because they missed water spots on the faucets and shower, did not remove trash from one of the bathrooms, did not change linen in my daughters room and failed to vacuum the ulphostery in the living room or clean the sliding glass door in the kitchen. Overall I'm not satisfied with the performance and am actively looking for a new housecleaning service. I put that I would use them again because I haven't found anyone else yet but when I do I will no longer use, or recommend, TDY house cleaning services.

The worker was very professional. He had the large truck in the driveway. He even cleaned the carpet floors of the walk in closets. This was the third time I've used TDY carpet cleaning and I will definitely continue using their service. They do an excellent job and the carpet dries very quickly.

I had to have the carpets steam-cleaned as part of my rental contract. I called a few places and TDY gave me the lowest quote. On the scheduled day the gentleman from TDY Cleaning called and said the were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He and another gentleman went right to work and were finished before I expected. I was very happy with their service and price.

They cleaned my 2000 sq ft house which consisted of two bathrooms 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I felt it was a good value. I need to get them to really clean the tile grout and carpets next time. The house was cleaned well, there were a couple of small things they missed that they should have cleaned, but I don't think they cut corners to save time.

I've only scheduled service with this company so far but I'm already impressed. I will update this after our cleaning is actually completed. When I called the receptionist was clear, helpful, and obviously adept at multi-tasking. She gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled for someone to come over the next morning to view our property and give us a final estimate. Nick Garcia came by and was also very professional and well-rehearsed when telling me about their services and answered all of my questions. Previous companies I've dealt with charged by labor hour while this company charges by the room as long as it's not determined to be unusually dirty. I was very happy with the quote and scheduled service with the company. They explained to me that they have their own quality control people who check after a cleaning who are not on the cleaning crew, which I thought was a good way for them to ensure a reliable cleaning job.
