 + -1 moreOur serviceman did a temporary fix so we'd have water for the house and our animals. He gave the property manager a bid for the permanent repair, and stated the importance of having a well house over the equipment. We are very pleased about the service and recommendation to the manager. (We were not successful in convincing the manager ourselves!)
Description of Work: Expert troubleshooters! We were baffled when the well pump kept shutting off. It was a Sunday. Our property manager said it might be the fuse, so he came over to check and found out the fuse was quite old and not readily available. We called Tanner Well Service because there is no well house protecting the pressure tank and well head. They came over the next morning, and found the source of the problem...it was the wiring that had deteriorated from exposure to the elements here in the desert.

 + -1 moreHe came promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He had to go get the right pump and he came right back and was able to fix the problem. We had water very quickly, within a few hours.
Description of Work: We didn't have any water and we called Tanner Well Service. He opened up the well and replaced the whole pump. He also repaired wiring.

 + -1 moreThe only well and pump company we have ever used is Tanner. They were fantastic, they were fantastic. It was just excellent service. They were on time. They were prompt. They were fair with the price. They were courteous. It worked out well, we have water. I absolutely will use this provider again in the future.
Description of Work: The last time we used Tanner was in October of 2013. They replaced our pressure tank and fittings.
