Description of Work: This realty is the worst I have ever rented from. One experience (out of very many) where they proved how subpar they are is when my swamp cooler leaked. The 1st time it leaked they sent a repair man out and he said that it "was not leaking" but there was a huge brown stain on the ceiling from where it leaked! Since I called the repair man "for nothing" (direct quote) I had to cover the bill out of pocket, $65.00. The second time it leaked, and made a second stain, they repeatedly ignored my calls and messages. I tried going to the office but they were out, left voicemails, sent emails...nothing. The 3rd time it leaked it leaked so bad that the ceiling was soft and it totally soaked the carpet underneath. They finally sent out another repair man and he magically found a leak. He painted over the brown spots on the ceiling but they never sent anyone to dry the carpet. It was so soaked that if you stepped on it, water would squish up between your toes. Again, they continuously ignored me. It was August and there was standing water under the carpet. It stayed wet for over a week. I would bet money that mold is under that carpet. I repeatedly asked for my $65 back since the 1st repair man was obviously incompetent but that request got ignored as well.
