Description of Work: Rainy Day Gutters installed rain gutters onto my house improperly and deficiently. They also damaged my existing homes metal drip edge by installing screws through the drip edge to fasten a metal piece plate between the drip edge and the fascia/board the length of each side of the home. Thus now allowing water to seep through the drip edge holes and into the wooden fascia that will create dry rot in wood. The screws were not installed uniformly either. Anywhere from 1 foot to 3 feet apart and up and down. The rain gutters were suppose to be continuous and seamless. That was not the case on one side of the house. They left a one inch gap between two lengths and bridged the gap with a cloth fabric and used silicone/sealer there. Instead of overlapping the two gutter pieces properly. Very shoddy work! I am sending a complaint to ROC and having them come out to investigate etc..

Description of Work: Installed gutters on the front of my house. Not a lot of linear feet, but quite a few right angles involved. Both workers consulted with me a couple of times to make certain that all was structured as I wished. I found them to be competent and efficient. They left with the request that I contact them if by chance anything should leak. VERY pleased with this company.
