It took about 2 weeks to complete. The bathtub and toilet were removed from the spare bathroom and the sink and lighting was replaced. Also, the towel and toilet bars were replaced to match the new bathroom decor. It's a family owned business. Wife and daughter help with guiding client towards places to find and view possible colors, tile, sinks, etc.. They set up appointments and do odd jobs as needed to include painting and picking up materials from various vendors.. The main contractor is Wayne Gregan. He and his wife Patty came to house at first for the estimate and providing guidance. Wayne and his partner do the bulk of the manual labor, though they sublet the plumbing to another contractor. Because we had two toilets being replaced, they had a porto-potty set up in front of the house during the process. It was not a distraction and was promptly removed when the work was completed. They also made sure to clean up any dust, etc., at the end of each day. Wayne and his partner worked from minute they arrived until they left, with only a short lunch break each day (7:30-4:30). It was very impressive. I had an idea of what I wanted but not the actual pattern/material figured out. Now I have a beautiful bathroom shower stall with a built in seat, rain shower head, grab bar and glass doors. The toilet was replaced with a higher model which makes it easier to get up and down from. The sink was replaced with a beautiful sink vessel that sits on top of the vanity. The top of the vanity was tiled to match the shower which now has a beautiful tile and design pattern. The toilet in the master bath was also replaced with a taller model. (Toto) We were pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend them.

I contacted this provider to get a bid on some work on a investment property in Sierra Vista. Went through there website to make sure I wasn't asking for anything outside the norm. On there website they even offer tips on bids and a lil about them which I list below. "GETTING BIDS: Bids will vary from contractor to contractor, sometimes dramatically. Beware of bids considerably lower than the others; they can result in unsatisfactory work that will cost you more money in the long run; not to mention added stress. Make sure all bids are in writing and include quality materials that are guaranteed by the supplier or manufacturer. " "Hello, my name is Wayne Gregan. I got my start in the construction industry with my father in 1977. We worked on home repair and renovation projects as well as commercial projects (i.e. Haymore Plaza, City Hall, Pueblo Del Sol Elementary cafeteria and class room wing, Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints Sierra Vista first and fourth ward renovation and addition, to name a few) and have been involved in the industry ever since. Sincerely, Wayne Gregan" With the above in read I figured that it would be appropriate to get a bid/estimate from the contractor, so I sent them the home inspection I have had done and asked to schedule a estimate on getting the property ready for rental. There did give me an approximation based on the inspection of 15k-25K but provided nothing of which they themselves said you should get from contractors. To top it all off they said the following. "Because it is not probable that you will use us to do the repairs there will be a $400 charge to provide a site-based estimate. Should you use us for the repairs, we will deduct the cost of the estimate from the cost of the work." So as far as providing a free consultation/estimate. That is false. I don't think I am unreasonable to expect what is advertised. added 10/20/2014 The reply this business left below shows me that this company is not trustworthy. Please take business elsewhere as they would rather attempt to save face then provide ADVERTISED services. I was clear on what I wanted and I sent the home inspection to assist them in their "consultation and estimate" I was well aware that the property required a large amount of work and did not any one to "do the work for me" In the process of researching local contractors and this one is not professional.

I decided to replace my 13 windows and 3 entry doors. I found R & R Express were authorized installers for Pella Windows, so I went with them , R & R handled everything, windows and doors, from measuring to installation, i was kept informed of expected delivery from factory to install date, Wayne and his guys were very professional and good to work with, everything was completed to my satisfaction.

The service and product was outstanding. Wayne the owner kept me informed throughout the estimate and execution process. His workers were courteous and skilled. I will be using them again for the next phases of my remodeling project.

We had several projects going at the time of R&R's construction and they were great about coordinating with us as well as the other contractors. Mr. Gregan was very professional, helpful, and laid back but knowledgeable which made the process a lot less stressful for me. We got three quotes from people and R&R was in the middle. I chose this company just because Mr. Gregan's professionalism impressed me from the start. Overall, I will definitely be calling R&R back to do other projects on the house, especially our doors and windows!

This was a 3-man crew and they finished the job in 10 days. They cleaned up the entire area at the end of each day. Brought a open trailer to put all the demolished lumber and other trash; even allowed us to toss in some landscape debris. The owner arranged for a porta-potty to be delivered, cleaned, and removed when they were finished. They didn't play music, they worked straight through from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30, with no more than a half-hour break for lunch. The completed project is exactly as envisioned. We will definitely use R&R Express for future jobs. In fact, we've asked for an estimate for some cabinet work in the kitchen.

R&R (Wayne Gregan) was knowledgable, professional, and personable. He was always on time, and (according to my wife), the cleanest workman we've ever had. He totally isolated the entire work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. The materials and workmanship were excellent, and the job was completed within estimate, on time, and without problems. We would highly recommend R&R for any remodeling project!

Wayne was right on time and did the work top notch. Always answer any question my wife or I have. this is the 3rd time I have use R & R express and they have always been great.
