Description of Work: In short, nothing. Estimates were snail mailed. No temporary work shoring up our counter was done. Cabinet maker and workers were consistently late or double assigned to jobs. USAA regional supervisor found all of their measurements were in correct. After the regional supervisor called them to complain they promptly called us and quit. Date of service is approximate. It was in 2014 sometime. The baseboards were cut so badly we had to call them back to fix them. They came and told us we should just cover the bad cuts with caulking. We said no and they agreed to sand them down. We had recently had new flooring put in and on the first visit we asked them to cover the floor to protect it. They did not. When they came to sand we told them to protect the floor. They covered the rug runners but not the floor. They installed door molding and left two of them over an inch short. They did not catch this and we had to have them come fix it. We had all the baseboards and moldings painted and ready to go. The workman used part of the painted wood as scrap then he had to go but a new piece for the actual spot it was supposed to go and we had to paint it in place. They installed an outside screen which took the better part of a day to get it done as he came without all the supplies and had to go buy them which took an hour and a half for a half hour trip. He had not charged his drill and had to do that here. In the few months since this was done, the screen is falling out. They put in a faux beam and left large gaps in it and this had to be fixed. Finally they sent the final bill to the wrong address. Do NOT hire them! They are not professional at all.
Description of Work: They cut and installed some baseboards, door moldings, a faux beam and a screen door

They were sent out to do the work from our insurance company and when they arrived they started issuing orders of what I was to do. When I told them that was what they were hired to do they got mad. Then they insisted that it only took one man to move all the furniture out into the garage so they could take up the rug. I refused because I knew it took 2 people to lift and carry the heavy furniture and they wanted one man to shove it across the rug. I told them it would tear up the rug. They just laughed and left. Then when I went down to select the padding I was told I only had 2 choices of what I felt was inferior padding. I said I would pay the difference from what the insurance company wanted to pay. I was told that they took their orders from Mr. Perrill. I then called the Insurance company and told them of my dissatisfaction and what all was taking place. They called Perrill and told him that their contract with him was cancelled and they were to leave the premises immediately. We will not allow them on our property ever again.
Description of Work: They were suppose to dry out the rugs, then remove the rugs in order to put down new rug padding.

I contacted the provider for an estimate/bid and informed them I had a property that needed to be remodeled. Scheduled an appointment and was happy with the general customer service before the appointment. They even called to remind me a day or so before so that I didn't miss the consult. Contractor showed up early and was at the property about 10 mins early and when I arrived was in the home already taking notes. I was pleased up to that point. However, upon starting the discussion of getting an estimate the contractor began to talk down to me and ask how much I wanted to and quot;sink into the propertyand quot;. I knew the property needed alot of work when I bought it. Hence why I was getting bids on work. He told me I needed a new roof which I expected and started point out other minor things that needed to be fixed. He then gave me a ballpark number which was about 40000, Which was my largest number yet. This would not have bothered me if he would have gave me this number with a break down of what all it included as I do not mind paying for quality work. He more than doubled my expected number and proceeded to tell me his opinion on what he thought I should do with the property and not what I had asked him to provide. He also wanted to charge me a $85 fee for providing a full estimate on repairs/remodel. So the free estimate they advertise is far from free.......... If you don't mind being talked down to and upsold these contractors are great for you. Personally I prefer professionalism along with quality work. This company has lost any chance of my business. As I will be doing multiple rehabs in the Sierra Vista area.

I originally requested that the overhang be extended all the way to the chimney. However the city refused to allow Perrill to complete this extension due to the distance from the property line. This would have made it new construction rather than fixing the existing roof and sidewalk. They wrapped the posts and overhang under the tiles with aluminum siding to protect the wood. The old sidewalk was cracked and angled toward the house allowing rain water to sit at the base of the house. The new sidewalk was higher and slanted away from the house allowing the rainwater to drain off to the yard. However they did an excellent job with the project and offered a guarantee which i appreciated.
Description of Work: Repaired the spanish tile on the front door overhang. They had to match the tile, replacing missing and broken tiles. They also put in a wrought iron railing and replaced the concrete sidewalk under the overhang and in front of the house over to the chimney.

Took time to discuss problem and analyze a creative solution. First job went so well that I asked Lee Perrill to repeat the work on other gable vents as a precaution against further leakage and water damage.
Description of Work: On two separate occasions Perrill Construction added supplemental gable vents to eliminate monsoon water damage resulting from the original builders incompetence.
