I had found a termite so was very concerned I might have a serious problem. The owner Earnie Garcia came and inspected my crawl space and found only a door had been affected. Fast, honest and excellent service.

Area we contracted for was sprayed. As I was told. The current vegetation has turned brown. Mike also used a pre-emergent. I have not seen any new growth. Saved me time & money. I believe that purchasing chemicals on my own would have been much more expensive.

Description of Work: We live in a desert climate, and our "new" house had been vacant only a couple of months, but that was enough for the bugs and mice to move in before us.The kitchen in particular has a variety of insects that did not respond to the store-bought spray products. The mice were able to extricate themselves from the sticky traps we had. It was obvious we needed professional help fast! | |A local representative from Mule Mountain Pest Control responded to my call within hours and came to our home the next day! He was absolutely wonderful. I highlighted the problem and he negotiated a very modest price for us which included complete inside and outside the home treatment. He answered our questions and concerns regarding our livestock. | |Several weeks later when the pests were lingering in the kitchen area, he returned for a touch up treatment at no charge. Yes, yes, I recommend them highly.

Thank you for posting the grades. We value all comments, good or not so good so we can learn from our successes and mistakes. I have sent you a personal letter in hopes of receiving your comments. I also refunded you $50 which covers the last month of service. It is unfortunate that you did not provide any comments that would help us to make changes or suggest areas where we might be able to make improvements. I always consider customer feedback very important. I do apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have cause you. Being extremely fair, I charged you a price, "under", what you were paying the other company you fired. I gave you this price because of our membership within the same organization and to share an opportunity to network with you in your business. As soon as I was able, I returned your phone call and I was polite and professional on the phone. For that matter, I believe in my heart I have always been a professional when speaking with you. Admittedly so, the fact that my other technician ran out of chemical while servicing your property, and the surrounding properties he treated that day, caused us to be backed-up and not as punctual as we would have liked to have been. As I am sure you understand, sometimes in business things happen. Again, please accept my sincere apology. As business owners, you in bookkeeping, and myself in pest control, can we both be honest about the quality of the pest service? You gave MMPC a grade of "F" but wrote no comments. Were you having pest issues that you did not tell us about? If so, can you please let us know so we can make improvements in our service. This is the first complaint my company has had since I bought the business this past January of 2014. We service over 700 customers and my goal is to ensure that as a company, we do things better, with fairness and honesty. I do not want to fail our customers and I take this first complaint very seriously. Please take the time to make any comments regarding our service so I can make the necessary adjustments.

I've been using them for over 10 years. They are professional, professional, and their price is fair. If you have a problem even after they leave, they'll come back and spray again without any charge.

Very reliable and reasonably priced. Have only outside sprayed so I do not have to be home when it is sprayed. Would recommend to a friend.

The owner and his wife came the same day as contacted. He identified the varmint immediately as Kangaroo mice and treated the problem right away. He then spent time asking about other issues with all pests and I signed up for a revolving monthly contract that covers outside/in-house pest control. His fee for this was very reasonable and he assured me that he would be the person to come and do the work rather than one of his employees. As of this date, he has returned to the house twice. He is very knowledgable, answers foolish questions with humor and fulfills his commitments. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Above expense was for immediate varmint eradication and pest control spraying of large yard. This also included a return visit to re-address the varmint problem if still present.

Called on Saturday morning and he came out to my house in about an hour. Very friendly and accommodating. Very reasonable pricing. Very satisfied and I plan to use his monthly service.

They are reliable and it's a very local company and a very small company. He is willing to come out any time of the month if I see any problems, and that is for no charge, If I have a skunk, it might be a little bit more, they have to set up traps and stuff like that, basically, he always checks before he comes, I am very pleased.
