We especially appreciate the way he balances the best interests of both the property owner and the renting families. We’ve also used his services as a consultant on potential real estate deals. Gold Seal Realty is Sierra Vista’s outstanding, full-service realty center.
Description of Work: Provides full-service property management for a property located 2,000 miles away from where we live. Performs all services from finding tenants and maintaining the property to providing 24-hour access to the tenants if they have a problem.

Description of Work: I use Leo Lemelson with Gold Seal Realty as my agent for a property in Arizona. He's under contract and does property management for me. He charges 10% of the rent collected.
