Cliff explained everything as he worked. Dealt with water company to have them shut off service in order to rep[air main and other repairs could begin. He was neat laying out a floor covering before beginning work and cleaned area after completing his repair. As a bonus he told me, a former New Yorker, where to find famed NY hot dogs in Sierra Vista, Az. That was much appreciated.

Always excellent. Occasionally Cliff's son AJ would do the work. When he came he was as professional as Cliff. Cliff's wife Debra answers the phone and sets his appointments. She to is a professional. I not only would hire Cliff again but I will.

In a word; perfect! On time, well-mannered, well-spoken, clean clothes, shined boots, and very courteous. The work was done quickly and professionally. He kept the work area clean at all times and the only evidence of his presence was the perfectly completed installation. I would recommend Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing with enthusiasm and confidently state that when you open the door to your home, you won't hesitate to let him in; he's an honorable man and an outstanding plumber.

It went extremely well. After careful diagnostics, I was left with no choice but to replace the actual water heater it’s self. Although on the surface it may sound like a very simple task. On the contrary the new water heaters take up more space Then previously allowed for. Cliff very skillfully removed the old system, and re-designed an area for the new one. I wished I could get into more detail, but I know it looked complex. He was able to accomplish the task virtually without a hitch. I would highly recommend him, if you’re concerned about getting high quality work.

I didn't know what was causing a horrible smell when I used hot water in my washing machine and Cliff knew what to do and took care of everything immediately. Excellent service!

Cliff was very polite, Gave us a quote over the phone. We got a senior discount. He was very prompt. Competent, professional, and friendly. He kept us posted up to date as he went along. He had parts on hand, which we needed two, and it was a heavy duty valve and retaining ring that he did not overcharge for. Did a wonderful job, cleaned up after himself, and I would hire him again if needed. Prices were fair.

I was Very disappointed. I was Hurt! Cliff made 1st appointment...had to cancel for an emergency. Understandable. Had to cancel 2nd appointment because his daughter was ill. Understandable! Did not show up for 3rd appointment. I called an hour after he was due and got voice mail. I called 5 hours after he was due and got voice mail. No one ever called me back. I truly pray his daughter is okay. I was hurt!

Cliff (and his Son A.J. and his wife) are very professional. He had to replace parts and he had them with him. He was in and out in an hour. He was early for the appointment. I have had mulitple residences and rental property since I met Cliff. I kept calling different plumbers for problems until I called Cliff. He always is prompt, neat and professional. I have never felt that I was overcharged. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.

Mr. Clifford Leo and his assistant were right on time, friendly, polite and got the job done expertly. Explained the new heater to me, assured me they would do the draining/maintenance in a year, as part of the service of installation. They also took a look at the gas line I needed to have a valve put on so I could have my new gas range installed at a later date. They checked it out, put in the new valve AND hauled the new range into my kitchen and installed that, without it being on the appointment! It only cost a bit more and since it didn't require another service charge, Mr Leo saved me some money. Generous with information, professional, great work, and most kind/helpful. I feel like I now have trusted friends in this team, which is important when you are new in a community. His wife handles appointments and got back to me immediately after I put in a request for a plumber on angieslist! She was very professional, friendly, and gave me complete information so I could make my choice of plumbers. She arranged for an appointment for the work to be done within 3 days, which amazed me as it was not an emergency situation. Of the 3 other plumbers I tried to contact before I called Cliff's, two never called back and one called back 12 days later. Will I call Cliff's Classic Care when I need a plumber again? You betcha! It's good to feel confident about who I will call in case of a plumbing problem.

I am repeat customer (several times over) with Cliff. Discovered slow drip into sink from 14-year-old bathroom vanity faucet (made by Delta) on Saturday morning. Not an emergency. Called to make appointment for following week. He was already out on a job and could come few hours later. Showed up on time midday Saturday. NO WEEKEND CALLOUT SURCHARGE; Cliff works Mon-Sat! New, complete, Inside faucet assembly replaced in under 30 minutes. He uses genuine Wolverine Brass high quality products exceeding Delta factory standards. Gave 5 year warranty as high quality Wolverine Brass kit includes everything possibly needed, including new seals, springs, proportioning valve, etc. So glad Cliff ONLY uses quality parts and ALWAYS does highest quality work. All past plumbing jobs at my house still problem-free. No reason to ever go "shop" for any other plumber as you will waste your time and wonder if job is done right. Cliff is ONLY plumber I trust. Outstanding. Our new washer & dryer needed to have their position reversed, but the gas line was to far away to make the dryer connection. Cliff extended the gas line roughly 30 inches added a new valve and connected the dryer. He was very quick and efficient. We have had Cliff do a number of projects for us over the years and will continue to call him in the future, because we feel he is the best plumber in town.

Great! It was a lot of work but Cliff is very conscientious and takes time to do the job right.He uses quality products and lives up to his name "Cliff's Classic Care".

I thought it was "toast," but it was fully restored and works fine! I've always found Cliff to be reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, and a man of integrity!

Guy showed up as scheduled. I explained the problem. He said he needed to get his heavy duty router and would be back in a few minutes. I waited an hour then called. Left a voice message asking what was going on. Never got a call back. Finally realized he wasn't coming back. This was now after business hours on a Friday. Monday morning I called Roto-Router. A few hours later the team arrived and cleared the line. Not sure how "Cliff" got such a high Angie's List rating but am sure I will not be using Angie's List for future work.

Very well, they arrived quickly and the work was completed at a very fair price. Living in Sierra Vista Arizona, it was a pleasant surprised not to be overcharged.

The hot water heater was diagnosed and fixed within an hour. The faulty part identified and ordered. The water heater faulty part was found to be intermittent, but the technician was professional and performed several diagnostic procedures and identified the faulty part in no time. Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing is the plumber I will use from now on. Had a bad experience with Mr-Fix-it in the past, so Cliff's has my business now.

Cliff came early, looked at the problem and within a minute found out it wasn't the hot water tank but the coupling to the evap cooler. Took him 5 minutes to fix it and he didn't charge me. His business card is now on the refrigerator next to the local computer repair place. I am very happy.

Cliff and AJ are a father/son business team. AJ responded to our request for service almost immediately and arrived with 30 minutes of the initial call even though we are in a fringe service area to their home turf. He was very polite, professional, and came with all the equipment needed for the repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the plugged drain open in perfect condition in minutes. He ensured the drain worked properly by running a rinse cycle in the washer to check the flow. I'd spent over 2 days and 2 gallons of high dollar drain opener to no avail but AJ snaked out the drain and had it working again very quickly. Highly recommend this company. AJ also answered several piping and plumbing questions that we had about the new to us house and showed us the drain line clean-outs for future use if needed. He spent the time to make sure the work was done completely and correctly and to our complete satisfaction before leaving.

This family-owned company was very responsive, punctual, efficient, and charged less than the original estimate. They are going to be my go-to plumbing company from here on out.

I called in the morning. The appointment was scheduled for 1-3 on the same afternoon. AJ called and asked if he could come earlier (before noon), since he was ahead of schedule. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and courteous. He didn't leave until he tested the repair numerous times and showed us what was done. The bill was very detailed and explained. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Cliff's for any job and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing jobs.
