Easier than expected! Cliff answered my phone call on the first ring, answered my million questions and even provided advice where to purchase a new toilet for a great price! Cliff showed up exactly on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He even replaced some of the plastic pieces that came with the toilet with metal, better tubing and parts so that they would last forever. He was extremely clean and quick, and let our cat play in the big empty box the toilet came in. He explained the entire process, and called into our home warranty insurance to give his diagnosis and services provided. The service couldn't have been easier. I am so glad that we've found a local plumber that we can trust! We will definitely be calling him back should we need anything else in the future!

Excellent! I only use Cliff for ALL my family plumbing needs. He is the owner & only person you will get for CONSISTENTLY SUPERB service. Uses only genuine Wolverine plumbing parts and difference from big box stores is so obvious. For instance, Wolverine toilet valve inlet port is BRASS, not cheap plastic-threaded inlet. Also used stainless steel braided water supply line with METAL collar on each end, not cheap plastic collars that eventually crack and then floods your house! A sole employer company MUST EXCEL to compete in the plumbing trade, and Cliff always provides impeccable service!

Several months ago we had a toilet, a hot water heater, water softener, and 3 faucets replaced. Most recently we had a clog removed. Just can't say enough good things about Cliff and his office and crew. Absolute gems!

Cliff's is nothing but PROFESSIONAL - from the time he pulls up in his custom painted 50's era Studebaker flat bed truck with cabinets on each side, his coveralls with company name and maintenance persons name crafted on them, and with his little hat until the time he leaves he provides nothing but professional service. No fuss nor mess when finished as all is cleaned up and squared away. Rates are in order with the service and work is guaranteed! Utilize him for all my plumbing needs. Great company!

Cliff did an excellent job replacing the floor flange of my guest bathroom toilet. The toilet was leaking due to old bolts that had rusted and broke. Cliff immediately diagnosed the problem. He had to chip away some tile that had been laid above the old flange in order to get it out. Although his price was a little high compared to other plumbers I had called, he did quality work.

Cliff was at our home on time, performed the work in a neat and orderly fashion, and fixed our problem faucet. We also had him clean out a sink that did not drain properly. He is the only plumber we would call in our town. He is honest, reliable and licensed which is sometimes hard to find in SE Arizona.

If you're in the Sierra Vista/Cochise County Areas, call Cliff first! Cliff is the most responsive, prompt, and timely plumber you'll find in 100 miles. I can say that because I've called Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing three (3) times along with plumbers in town and in the Tucson areas, and every time he has returned my call in 24 hours or less. I didn't even get a call back from several of the other plumbing companies. My first call to Cliff was a legitimate emergency - Hot Water Heater leaked while I was at work, water damage in the house, total nightmare. Cliff made the trip to Tucson the following day to get a specific part, and got back down same-day (On a Saturday!) and replaced the control module. I know this is a lengthy review, but please, don't waste your time calling other plumbers! My most recent call was leaky hot and cold water valves. Cliff stopped by, had a new hot valve in and the cold valve tightened to stop both leaks. Cliff is truly the last of an era of plumbers who have the experience and business mindset to deliver classic service in no-time flat.

Fabulous, craftsman, old school, plumber. Incredibly methodical, does not schedule successive jobs tightly, and very organized. Replaced my hot water heater and UPGRADED the original home builder's work as if my house was his! Installed male, threaded adaptors on hot and cold water stubs so future inlet/outlet lines can now simply screw on/off when needing replacement. Used new, high quality stainless steel water lines. Pitched supplied-with-new-heater brass drain valve (has rubber seal inside) with very high quality Wolverine (lifetime warranty) 1/4 turn brass ball valve. Installed and plumbed drain pan (now code required) to outside exterior wall. Installed condensation fitting in gas line (now code required). Also plumbed back in complex water recirculation pump. Sweated copper tubing a work of art! And of course, no leaks! Seeing is believing. You might find a plumber charging a few bucks less, but why sacrifice quality, witness a rush job, or risk a leak? And Cliff is the only employee so you can count on perfection time and time again! I have NEVER been disappointed in his finished project where quality and customer satisfaction is his guarantee. In my case, almost $200 on the invoice was additional investment in quality parts and upgrades for long water heater service life. Oh yes, he also offers military, senior, and Angies List discounts too!

Cliff's is reliable, professional, honest, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There are not enough good things we could say about this company. Cliff correctly diagnosed problem as a clogged drain pipe, not in the washing machine, but in the laundry room drain pipe into which the washing machine water was pumped. He then cleared the clog with his equipment.
