Hired to replace stove door trim. Had no idea how to remove old trim, so returned to shop to check repair manual. Said he would return in 15 minutes. Two hours later, he had not returned and I called the ship. He had gone off to another job. He returned much later and still could not complete the repair.
Description of Work: Hired to replace stove door trim.

Scheduled a Washing Machine repair with this company - I had to get 3 hours off work in order to be at the house for the repairman 12p-3p. No show. When called the company the lady was not pleasant and made me feel it was my fault somehow. Rescheduled the appointment on Saturday - again no show and no call informing me the service call wasn't going to show up.
Description of Work: Scheduled a Washing Machine repair with this company on two seperate occasions - no show and no call either time.

A repair technician came to my house, inspected my Bosch dishwasher and determined that I needed a few parts replaced in order to get it into working condition again. He said that someone from his business would call me and schedule the repair once the parts came in. I waited about two weeks and decided that I would try calling the business to check on the status of the parts order since I still hadn't heard anything from them. The woman that answered the phone said that the parts hadn't arrived yet but she was expecting some later that afternoon. She took my name and number and what type of repair I was in need of so that she could look up the parts and see if they were in the shipment she was waiting on. She stated that she would call me and let me know whether or not the parts had come in. I waited an entire week and decided to call again since I still hadn't heard anything from the woman. When I called she said that the parts still hadn't come in but she took down my name and number again assuring me that she would call and let me know the status of the order. Again I waited a week and tried to call again. This time the same woman answered the phone but I could tell she was in a foul mood. I asked about the status of my parts and she said she didn't have any idea because she had been sick the past week and it was after business hours so she would take my information and call me the next day. She never called. I waited a week and a half this time. Today I called and asked the status of my parts and told her that I would really like to nkow if there was an issue because I had been trying to get my dishwasher repaired for over a month. She asked who I was and where I lived so she could look up my account. She then informed me that she couldn't get the parts for my dishwasher because it was too hard. I asked her to then just tell me what parts it was that I needed so that I could try and order them on my own. She said that I needed to call a repair technician that worked on Bosch dishwashers to have it looked at. I said that's fine but I would still like to know what parts I needed according to her repair technician. Again she stated that I needed to find someone else and proceeded to hang up on me. Mind you she never bothered to call and tell me that she wasn't able to order my parts in the first place. I had to call in order to find this information out. Even if their business couldn't perform the repair you would think they would still use good customer service in order to leave me with a positive image so that I would turn to them if I needed any repairs in the future. Apparently that isn't the case with this business in particular. HOW DISAPPOINTING. I am a single mom that works full time during the week. I have no family that live in this state so a commodity like a dishwasher becomes necessity so that I'm able to spend the little time I have with my quickly growing two year old.
