+ -1 moreThey come on time, call the night before to confirm and are very profesional and friendly while they work.
Description of Work: This was the last service I had and am continuing with their service. The phone was answered on my first call and she came out the same day to give me an estimate. On their first visit they did a deep cleaning, ceiling fans, windows, kitchen appliances, everything I asked them to do they did. For the first service there were 3 people and the charge was $350.00. They know come in monthly and do various things, being sure the bathrooms are nice and clean and the floors are vaccumed plus the floors and various appliances.

Description of Work: Personnever showed up on time ,did not call and when I called her she always had an excuse. i mde appointments with her twice and was unable to interview her as she was never on time. I need someone reliable [tht will show up when they say they will.

+ -1 moreI read the reviews on here and based on having great ratings I tried to contact this company on multiple occasions and left messages for her over the course of a couple days however, I was never contacted back. I am sure based on the previous reviews that she does do good work....if you can actually get in touch with her. I normally would not leave feedback for an instance like this however, I felt that if a company is on Angie's List and this review will count towards their rating then I should leave something that express my experience (or lack thereof) for others to read about. I do not know if there were any extenuating circumstances that would prevent them from contacting me back however I feel that if I called 5 separate times and left 2 voice mails over the period of 2 days then I should have received a phone call back at some point in there.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with their service. They work hard and we feel their fee is a good value. I love coming home to a clean house and not having to spend my weekend cleaning. We would be pleased to recommend her cleaning service to others.
Description of Work: Our neighbors across the street utilized Cecelia's Cleaning and recommended their service to us. We first hired Cecelia's Cleaning to do a major "Spring Cleaning" on our home that had been neglected for a while. We also have one dog and three cats, so there's a lot of pet hair to deal with. Cecelia and her son, Frankie spent a whole day with that major cleaning, even moving out the stove to clean behind it and cleaning areas that had probably not been done for at least a year. Now we retain Cecelia's Cleaning on a bi-weekly basis. They are friendly and efficient and we are totally satisfied with their service.
