Description of Work: The owner is very experienced and knows his stuff. He may need to oversee his crew a little more. The person in charge on our house was not as good as the guys working for him. The workers were excellent. One of them should have been the foreman in charge. The work was well done. Time will tell if the roof overhaul will be successful. So far it looks great. The only issue was that we wanted the roof a more tan color and it ended up being too white.

 + -1 moreI got an estimate for $2700.00. I feel this company is unprofessional. I set up a time for the estimate with them and they did not show up. I called and was told and quot;He forgotand quot;. I set it again for the next day and called at noon to confirm and was told and quot;We cannot set these up at such short notice.and quot; He finally came the third time and I could not really understand what he said needed fixing. After quite a few days and many e-mails to get things like my address and phone number which he already had, I got an estimate for $2700.00. I felt this was really inflated and got a second opinion. I did not hire Brenner Roofing and had the work done by another company for less than one quarter of his estimate.

 + -1 moreFree estimate scheduled the same week that I called. Got the estimate the same day they visited and had work scheduled quickly. Completed on time and I was very satisfied with the results and the cost. Had another estimate at $8100 so I was very happy with the savings. Would definitely use them again. Very helpful office staff who kept me informed of progress during the entire project.
Description of Work: Replaced damaged boards, flashing due to weather damage and wear.

Description of Work: At my request, he came and looked at the roof on our home, gave me a telephone estimate a few days later. He was professional, straight forward and seemed to know his work. The only reason we did not use him is we could not secure the financing.

He and his men were professional and cleaned up each day after work. They finished the job on time, and with minimal concerns. Our family would gladly use them again, and continue to tell others about his services.

 + 0 morei called 5 roofers, the first one was too busy to return my calls, the second one just wanted to talk to my husband (since he is in AFG the guy didnt really feel comfortable talking to me) i told him to take a hike if he didnt want to talk to me about it, because i was after all the one who called him out here. the two following him were contractors not just roofers and they seemed pretty busy too. Chris with Brenners came over the day i called, and was able to accept payments, talked to me for over an hour and a half, and like i said took the time to explain in detail, what i had, and how it needed to be fixed and actually took me on the roof to show me what was wrong and how we needed to proceed. i had to go on vacation and wanted to get it done as soon as i got back, and it was, the process took only a couple days and the workers were polite and like i said i am totally satisfied with the work completed.
Description of Work: Chris is a very patient man, and was able to explain several things that other roofers didn't feel like taking the time to. He and his crew are polite, and early to work on the days they do. His office woman is very polite on the phone, and any issues that came up during the process were addressed promptly. Chris and his crew came by before the start of the work to pull off part of the roof so the a/c guys could redo some duct work, so they could get done faster and didn't have to tear apart the ceiling. the day they started work, they tore off the roof down to the decking, replaces a few soft spots and then set to repapering the roof and then hot moping the first half, the next day they set to on the second half of the roof. the finished product is a beautiful white roof. during the first half of the roof i wanted to add a skylight, so Chris talked to me about what i had and the sizes that are available, there was some confusion about which one i wanted, the one they installed was not the one i had planned on, and so they came back and put in the correct one, and apologized. everything went smoothly and i am very happy with the end result.

I don't appreciate having to look at the crack of his butt when he's climbing on a ladder and I certainly don't want my wife looking at it. I think it's very unprofessional. He talked to me like I was some kind of idiot and when my wife told him something, he said and ldquo;Why didn't you tell me that?and rdquo; That was the way he talked to her. He gave my wife a bad time because we hadn't gotten back to him about whether we were going to use him or not. My wife was very upset by the way he was talking to her. The way he talked to us was not a good way to influence customers. We told him we had a federal loan of $7500 with no ability to go higher. His bid came in at $8000. He didn't even listen to us when we told him what the parameters were. He was so unprofessional I was startled. Grade his professionalism? You can't grade something that isn't there. I would eat dirt and die before I used him.

 + -1 moreAs new, first time home owners, we were unaware until after the warranty had run out that the guy hired by the sellers did a terrible job of repairing the issues with the roof. So after many calls and quotes, my husband chose Brenner's to do the work. First off, they were super nice, polite and professional. They took the time to explain what was wrong and how they intended on fixing it. They were efficient, and went above and beyond the quoted work request (at no additional cost to us) because they saw what needed to be done. They had the best price for the work necessary and we would wholly recommend them.
Description of Work: Our flat-topped white roof was in need of repair, as the company that was hired to do so when we bought the house botched the job.
