 + -1 moreThe best roofing company I have used by far in the Sierra Vista area. The bid price was very competitive and there were no surprise additions. Before deciding, I was able to look at various tile options and multiple options for the roof felt and batting were explained to me, so that I could make an informed decision. All the employees were very courteous and answered all my questions while the work was being done, and they were properly supervised. I discovered the company had a policy of training their employees on the latest roofing methods, and it seemed to me everyone was knowledgeable and took pride in their work.
Description of Work: Replace tile roof, then fix flat roof after Mr Fix did the work incorrectly.

 + -1 moreThe ad says that they service all of Cochise County. That is not true. The lady said she does not pay for Angies List and does not know how they got on there. They do not service Pearce and even if they did it would take two weeks for the inspection and 3 months for the repair

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate in September and we gave them the time frame of 'before mid November.' They were as good as their word and showed up and completed the work on 10/6/2015. They replaced plywood under the edge of our tile roof that was damaged because of improper installation when the house was built. They checked another area and determined it did not need replacing.

 + -1 moreA fault in my e-mail service kept the provider from reacting as had the other party I'd contacted; however when I retransmitted the task, they were prompt in their response. They performed a thorough appraisal and approved the planned solution of the property manager. There was no charge for this service and I thank them for their kindness.
Description of Work: the firms representative came on site and appraised and approved the plan of the property manager to correct the situation.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in substrate of Tile roof. They were delayed a day in responding due to heavy traffic from all the rain. When he arrived he apologized for taking so long and immediately went to work providing the necessary repair on the spot. Excellent professional service provided. I will use them again when needed.

 + -1 moreThis company was great. I called first thing on a very busy day, and got somebody on the phone who promised I'd get a call from the repairman later. Even though it was a very busy day, with a lot of rain expected, I got a call back that same day. Somebody came out first thing the next morning to look at the roof and temporarily fixed it which was great, because it did rain very heavily that day. A couple days later they came out again and fixed the leak permanently. Very professional and nice people and I would definitely use them again. The price was more than reasonable as well.
Description of Work: Repaired a leak - replaced a flashing around the hot water heater vent on the roof.

 + -1 moreI am unable to get the company to return phone calls. At first they were prompt and friendly then suddenly nothing!
Description of Work: I tried this company and the owner said he checked the rood. Then the company stopped returning phone calls. This happened before the fire in town so that cannot be the reason. Over a month I tried to contact them but after the first couple of conversations it seemed like they fell off the edge of the world. The work was simple enough and at first the company seemed willing to fix my roof. Now it is raining and this company is no where to be found.
