Very professional, prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. Liked the discussions on what the problem was and what the probable causes were. Gave good pointers and being an communications repairer as well, it was good to relate and felt very comfortable talking about the problem and how to resolve. This is the most professional competent business I have dealt with in a long time. They are extremely knowledgable & meticulous. They were prompt & reliable. I was amazed that they finished the project in one day. I received a quote from another company that wanted to charge me nearly twice the amount. They are now working on another project for me that another company was never able to resolve. I highly recommend them!
