A roof leak occurred about 1 month after Webb's repairs. He also fixed a plumbing leak above the utility room. This leak reoccurred about a month after Webb's repair. He replaced a kitchen faucet and supply lines. A leak occurred under the sink about 2 months after repair. After learning of the roof troubles, Webb said he could give me a good price on replacement of roof. He said that patching would only be a temporary fix and that he would probably have to repatch frequently. I asked why he did not tell me that it needed to replaced in the first place. He said if he would have done this, he would have lost work. He also said there were a lot of things wrong with the house and that I would probably have plumbing problems come winter. I told him I had already had problems and it would have been ethical to tell me this information before closing when I could have saved myself a lot of money.
Description of Work: Web was hired by my real estate agent and the seller of my house to fix roof problems and plumbing problems. Work in both areas was poor.
