Description of Work: We have a modified A-frame cabin with a spiral staircase. Extremely friendly and professional both on phone and in person. Did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. Was there right on time and fair priced. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

 + -1 moreThey were very efficient, completing the job in about 40 minutes. There were two people performing the work and they were a well oiled machine. This home is a rental with pets allowed and there were several stains in the bedroom and in high traffic areas. They pretreated everything, paying attention to the stains. They asked about any areas that needed special attention and they actually listened. The carpet looked like new when they were done. I was pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Used 3 step process to clean carpet in all areas of small home.(2 Bedrooms, hallway, and living room. Cleaned every where the tool would reach, moved some small furniture pieces, utilizing plastic on the legs to protect the freshly cleaned carpet.

 + -1 moreHe and his team moved around some furniture to clean and replaced it with plastic on the legs so as not to harm the still damp carpet. He wore covers on his shoes and gave me some before he left. He was very through and worked continuously until the job was completed.
Description of Work: He came and cleaned the carpet throughout the house except for the areas with large pieces of furniture. Later I decided to have a chair cleaned and he then returned for that.
