Description of Work: I called the company and requested that someone home out to inspect my home as we had a rat and mouse problem. I was told I would be called that or the next day by the technician. I was never called (even though they had both my home #, my cell # and my husband's cell #), no one ever came out(even though they had my physical address and directions on how to get here). I wound up taking care of the problem myself. Don't waste your time or money on this company, because, as a first (and last) impression, the obviously don't need any new business and could care less.

+ -1 moreThey told me what to do with major pest infestations. They showed up on time. They were friendly and personable. I have not needed a respray. The spray they use lasts a long time.
